Great shakes

I was here yesterday for the grand opening with my wife. She has a strict dairy allergy and I really appreciated the protocol they take for people with allergies. The staff gave me constant reassurance that the manager makes all allergy requested milkshakes and it really made her feel safe drinking it. On top of that, it was the best nondairy dessert that she’s ever had!! We will definitely be back. Thanks for the great milkshakes and awesome kindness.

Chocolate fudge sundae ice cream was very delicious.

It's a nice place but it's just shakes. They do sell chocolate as well. They also have non-dairy options as well.

We had such a great time at The Milkshake Factory in Ocotillo! The kids absolutely loved the milkshakes – so many fun flavors to choose from, and each one was delicious. The assortment of chocolates was a hit too – everything looked (and tasted) amazing. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making it a perfect stop for a sweet treat with the family. We’ll definitely be back!

We have been hearing a lot about milkshake from Pittsburg and finally made time to go visit this franchise in chandler.
As I walked in, I was impressed on how bright the place is, modern and well done. We loved the interiors and the whole set up. Apart from handspun milkshake, They have fresh handmade chocolates and yummy treats in the front. They offer free samples on the chocolates and I tried their Rocky road which was nutty and good!
For the milkshake I went with the cookie brownie fudge. You can look at how it’s made and it was ready in a minute or so! One sip and I was like wow! The milkshake is thick and delicious, you can easily be sipping away without noticing that you will finish in no time.
The pricing is a little above average since it’s gourmet, I wish they had sugar free and sugar adjusting options for the weight watchers.
If it’s for the kids, bring them in, they are going to love it! Looking forward to be back with the kids who love sweet!

We saw the milkshake factory on Instagram and decided to drive here from Phoenix, it was well worth is! The milk shakes were great! The Dubai Chocolate is a must try, and the team was very nice!

I had a great experience at the milkshake factory. The strawberry milkshake was full of delicious strawberries and had the perfect texture and awesome flavor. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the establishment because it brought back memories of when I was a kid and visited my local ice cream parlor. It is a really nice place and I highly recommend you treat yourself to their shakes and desserts. You won’t be disappointed.

The Milkshake Was Good I Got A Strawberry Milkshake And Even Though My Dad Told A Worker That Was Making My Milkshake To Not Put Whipped Cream On My Milkshake But The Worker Ignored Him And The Worker Anyways Put The Whipped Cream On My Milkshake. To Be Honest This Place Has Bad Service Even Though The Milkshake Was Good.

Tried Milkshake Factory tonight and it was amazing! The kids and my husband got the strawberry pie milkshakes, and I had the Dubai chocolate—everything was delicious! Can’t wait to check out their official grand opening on August 2nd!

Went for Thursday Happy Hour special 4-6pm. The shakes were great. A steady line of people but not a long wait. And shakes were served quickly.
And they were yummy. We will be back.

Great milkshakes and they even let us sample the chocolates! Those were delicious too, but after having the milkshake we were just too full for chocolate. I had the raspberry chocolate truffle and it was delicious, exactly what I wanted. Wish it was closer to home but definitely recommend. They were extremely fast with our milkshakes too even though we ordered 6 at once!

Loved bringing the kids here! We all thoroughly enjoyed our shakes and chocolates. Friendly staff, bright, neat and clean place and great place to hang out! We will be back soon
