I always order the milk tea brown sugar almost everyday, I always say less brown sugar but this particular lady will always say “ok” but turns out, my order will come out oozing with brown sugar. I just don’t know if she understands “less sugar “
Was really excited to order a couple dozen movhinuts to bring to a friends bbq. BBQ starts at 10am and this Mochinut says they are open from 10-8. I get there right at 10 to see a printed sign saying 10:30-8. I asked if I could get 2 dozen mochinuts, and they said they’re not ready yet. So we’re very disappointed as we were already late to the bbq and now we are late AND without the food we told them we were bringing. I love Mochinut but I don’t like this location. What...
The food, the service is always spot on. My real complaint is simple, yet a huge frustration. If you prepare a Korean corn dog right, it is a messy ball of pure amazement. As a grown adult, when I eat a Korean corn I look like an I fant learning how to eat. I have sauce all over my hands, face, arms..... Munchinut refuses to give you more then 2 or 3 napkins, if you ask for more, it's an annoyance.... And they don't have forks. Mind you this place charges $3 for a donut...
