This is my 3rd time giving mod a try and definitely will not be back. It’s always a crew of men working that very much appear to not want to be there. I came in 2.5 hours before close and immediately as I walked in the one male said “what do you want” very unfriendly and no greeting. Every crew member is only focused on closing even the one making my pizza even though they have 2 and a half hours left to close. He was even holding my pizza in one hand and using the other hand to top it, he couldn’t even set it down. I asked for my pizza extra crispy and the cheese doesn’t even look cooked it was in the oven for maybe 3 mins. And it is so loaded with toppings I can’t even pick up a piece without everything sliding off. Definitely will not be back! Hope others don’t waste their time and money as well!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review Stopped at Mod Pizza and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They made me an amazing pizza that totally hit the spot. All the flavors were on point, everything was fresh, and the whole experience was quick and easy. Definitely coming back! 🍕🔥

We just had pizza delivered and the GF crust pizza in the order is so undercooked the crust is still RAW. The crust is gummy/sticky and pale.
I called customer service and their only solution is to refund the cost of the pizza itself. To get a properly cooked one for the people this inedible one was meant for,, we'd need to reorder and pay another delivery fee. REDICULOUS.

One employee kind of had an attitude when asking for extra pepperoni, salad dressing, etc. Homeless guy staring at me while I ate, other than that love me some MOD. 😁
We used to eat mod pizza on 59th Ave and baseline, and they would load up the sauce and toppings. But this mod pizza on Arizona ave and ocotillo seems to be very concerned about food cost, so you have to keep asking for a little more and that comes with the customer service attitude that is pretty normal these days. But their pizza is great, and is almost worth feeling like an inconvenience as you hand them your money. If this location is the same distance from you as another one, maybe try the other location though.

This location has food quality and customer service excellence. Such a fresh perfect pizza crust and top quality toppings that far surpass most pizza establishments. Customizing your pie with choice of sauce unlimited meat and veggies is a kick in the pants as well as adding fresh veggies and drizzle sauces after it gets flame baked! I like MOD pizza, but the service in this place is dismal. Nobody greets you when you go there. The cleanliness is so so. We observed the guy who was taking out the pizzas from the oven on his phone and not washing his hands afterwards, I hope they can make some changes here. Everybody looks really sad and tired no eye contact, no greetings.
