Evening of 10/4/2025, from start to finish this location earned my “Once was Enough” review. The table where we were seated was in everyone’s way…..we moved the actual table ourselves a few feet & resolved most of the problem since no one acted upon our request to be re-seated. Chicken fajitas were heavily peppered (not edible) & were served with chunks of tough chicken instead of strips, not sizzling or even very hot. We had a basket of chips long before getting water or even asked about drinks. The chips get 4 stars (crisp & not greasy), the 2 salsas get 2 stars and so the dining experience began….. We will not be going back to Nando’s.

Me and my wife and brother in law and sister ate here last night my sister kept throwing up on the way home all of us having stomach problems and we all woke up feeling extremely sick we all have food poisoning

I was unimpressed. It was kind of a gringo food restaurant. The service was fast and rushed and there was a lot of people in here but my chicken burrito was almost like they opened a can of shredded chicken and threw it in a burrito and threw it on my plate with some cheese on it. It was dry and tasteless. The salsa was ok as well just not flavorful. I'm not an expert but I have eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurants and this one just lacked flavor.

This place is fantastic! The Pollo Rico is my favorite burrito in Arizona. It's not on the menu, but you can also get the chicken replaced with hatch green chili pork in the Pollo Rico and it is amazing!

Nandos is the best. We've been Nandos fans for over a decade, and the food and margaritas are consistently amazing. They never miss! When we've done catering, it was phenomenal. Also the manager and customer service at this location are top notch. Our family favorites are the hatch green chili pork (its spiciness varies depending on the hatch season!) and the shrimp fajitas. I was compelled to finally write a review because my door dasher stole my Nandos order ( guess he knew it was that good too!). The new door dasher assigned spoke with the manager, who was even kind enough to speak with me on the phone. They really helped me out, even though it wasn't their fault at all. Here's to another decade of Nandos goodness!

Being from South Texas, I didn’t have the highest of hopes for finding anything remotely close to what we are used to. I could not have been more wrong. The food was absolutely delicious and huge portion sizes. The Baja Brew Margarita was incredible. Best part of the night was our server Logan. Hands down one of the best waiters I have had in a very long time. He is nothing short of AMAZING.
