So frustrated. I've ordered from this location for ages but the last few months they keep just not including some items in my delivery. There's nowhere in the app or on the website to reach out and their auto emails are only to no reply addresses. Their feedback form only looks like if I complain about delivery they'll ding the delivery service, and that's not fair as it's not them.
Not only do I not get the food, which is super frustrating when I'm busy at work and planning on it to get a chance to eat, but I can't figure out how to get a refund for the items I never got. That's not ok!

Ask to change carrots and lemon for celery and turmeric on the Buzz drink, and the lady charges extra when the drink is already very expensive. Then the drink tasted horrible, too.

Great place. The best part is, when you walk into this location, you immediately see fresh fruit and vegetables in plain sight. I had the Green Apple Detox twice now, second time added celery. Friendly staff, Service was prompt. I was in and out! They have an app where you can earn and redeem points for rewards.
