I been in Nektar's all around town and this one the two girls that have in there tonight are rude and literally kick me and my kids out after being inside waiting and they kick us out saying closed never going to this one again

I have relocated my Nekter location by Chandler mall. The service here is way better and everyone has an excellent customer service and friendly attitude here. The menus are still healthy and off course there are some holidays favorites that comes to only seasonal to enjoy during the season. I love the healthy choices I have here, it's quite a battle sometimes so you just gotta try them. I haven't had anything bad from their menu so I keep coming back for more! The countless amount of time I go in and out with healthier choices of my favorite diets on my hands are my favorite of the day! I love the clean inside environment, it's welcoming and refreshing. I highly recommend this Nekter location by Chandler Mall.

I come here for my shake but after using their restroom, I definitely will not be coming back. Their restrooms are absolutely filthy, my husband said the same thing about the men’s restroom. You can tell it’s been months since they actually cleaned it!!! If they don’t clean their restrooms makes me wonder if they even clean the machines to make our drinks/food.

I drove all of the way here, fought to get a parking space, and got to the location at 6:30pm for them to tell me I couldn’t get a juice because they were closing soon (at 7) and had already broken down and cleaned the juicer. If you close at 7 I should be able to buy a juice at 6:30pm.

Ordering thru the app was easy and convenient. Getting directions thru the app was easy as well. My experience overall was great. Smoothies are delicious!!
Rude service and a mandatory tip is an instant no from me.Basic quality juice and smoothie.

Stopped in for dessert after having dinner Lucky Lou's a couple doors down. This was our first visit. There were 2 women in the store both initially were nice and explained the menu. We ordered 2 ice creams with fruit and nuts. After paying another patron came in and instead of one of them starting our order, they took his order after answering a bunch of his questions. The two women started making the ice creams then seemed to argue. After making one the older gal told us they didn't have the one fruit we both had ordered. Instead of letting us know the younger one just kept making the 2nd one. No refund or substitute was offered until I mentioned we paid extra for each topping. Then I was reimbursed for the missing fruit. The vibe turned sour quickly. We were patiently still waiting. The other patron was brought into the issue by the older gal for no reason. But he did suggest more training could help. We finally got our ice cream desserts which were good ( hence the 2 stars) but it took 20 minutes and the younger gal became short and irritated. So we took ours to go. Don't think we will be back.

Just wanted to say that every time I've come here, I've always had a great experience. Today, I had placed a pick up order for a small juice and upon arriving, I noticed they were busy and running a little behind. No biggie. As a thanks to my patience, the gal working the front had my juice double upgraded. Cheers! So cool!

This morning I walked in, and there was no one in sight. I was in the lobby for a long five minutes saying “hello hello anybody there?” And a few minutes later 2 employees came to the front. They did apologize and made a good juice. I just didn’t know what they were doing back there. Picture of no employees behind counter.
