I showed up. And there's no way to pay with card. Cash only. I made an order and when I'm paying for it I try to pay with a $100 and now they say no $100 bills accepted. Don't even try fix or give options. 1 star customer service.

They are not very friendly at this location. I come here all the time because it is the closest and its always the same. They never smile. They gave me plain chia instead of what it comes with which is peanut butter and the last few times it has been runny. I just think they need to have an overall improvement. We all have bad days but at least try.
UPDATE: The manager saw my review and reached out to me instantly. She profusely apologized, stating that they are training new employees and will ensure this never happens again. They also made it right. Very good experience and follow-up from this store. I will continue to visit. Thank you, Nekter.

I ordered online and my drink was ready and waiting for me when I arrived! The gal working was super friendly and very pleasant! The store was very clean and my smoothie was amazing!

I just online ordered an acai bowl with extras and a protein bowl. Everything was ready when it was supposed to be. I got to work and super unhappy to see only 1/2 to maybe 3/4 full container!! The protein bowl was almost to the top. See pictures. Big discrepancy between the $19 acai bowl and the $16 protein bowl. I called the manager, nice girl, she said they got dinged for “over filling the bowls”. What?? If this is s treat and I’ spending almost $20 and getting maybe 4-6 oz, how does this location expect to stay in business??? Patrons will stop coming. I will have to change my nekter habits and not come here anymore. Sorry owner, you just lost 2 long term patrons.

I always have a wonderful experience at Nektar at The Plant in Chandler. The ladies who have been working there for a while work very hard to get our orders done right and on time. There is also a couple newer ladies who give excellent customer service as well. You have an excellent team on your hands!

3rd time in last month I couldn't get anything. The juicer was down for a few weeks. Saw the sign that the juicer was broken was down so stopped back in. Today they had no bananas or strawberries along with about 10+ other things. Don't see this being open much longer as it's obvious they are about done. Won't be back. One stop nutrition is better and half the cost anyhow.

Went in last week and was informed that their juicer was down. That was annoying but I get it. Went back in today and was informed the juicer is still down. Since the name of this establishment is the Nektar JUICE BAR, it seems odd that the primary function has been out of operation for at least a week. I ordered a chocolate/ peanut butter smoothie and received this disgusting amalgamation which seems to just have the peanut butter scooped into it (for smoothie that costs over $10). I paid with a $20 bill and was informed that they had to short me $0.07 because they didn’t have enough change.In summary: if you’d like to go to a juice bar that serves no juice, the over pay for a gross smoothie, then double over pay because they don’t have change and then be made to feel like you’re the problem or are being a “Karen,” then this is the spot for you!! However, if you’re a normalconsumer I would steer clear of this place.This is a future “Out of Business” business.

Dirty appearance; person making our beverages was clearly sick, mouth breathing on the fruit she cut. Many open top containers in fridge and on top of bar. Put her face in one smelling it. Service was not friendly and abrupt. I think we will have to throw out our drinks since I am immune compromised. Drinks were not made correctly. Will not return

The most disorganized location. Never has their online ordering turned on, never answers their phone, you can’t schedule a pick up order. So frustrating that this location can’t seem to get it together. Management really needs to step in and get these young ladies up to speed. Why is it impossible to place an order on the app??? So inconvenient and inconsistent with other Nektar locations.
