I've been coming here for years. today was the worst service I've ever received. the girls were very short and snippy in their questions, on their phones and never came to check the table. food is always great but mid summer time customer service today was just horrible!!

We got the Yokohama, kalbi short rib and tonkotsu ramen. Service was great, place was clean and atmosphere is nice. We enjoyed the option of adding spice to the ramen. I got mild on my kalbi ramen and my husband got medium on his Yokohama and it was still tasty and portioned well.

Hawaiian BBQ Nishikawa Ramen stole the show for Father's Day dinner! Food was ono (delicious)! Loved the customized Ramen, and Island Fire Chicken was a hit! Service was ohana-style (family-like) - super friendly server went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Impressive that they caught the beef oil issue with the shrimp and offered a solution. Food - Always tasty but sometimes a little, confusing?

As in why do the Gyoza come out looking like Chinese Fried Dumplings with Gyoza toppings on top?

Crab Rangoon - What crab, just rangoon......

And, why are all the staff speaking Chinese whenever I stop in? Nani the fuu......???

Came here from the North valley and was excited to try something other than Ono's, and was kinda disappointed tbh. I got the Sea food mix Hawaiian plate. I'll let the fact that the shrimp was overcooked, and the rice being dry slide, but the white fish is literally just fish sticks I can buy at a grocery store... That's crazy lol And you could tell the lady at the host stand wasn't too happy about me not tipping for my pickup order. Other than that it was good

Every time I've been here the food is fresh and delicious, the customer service is quick and friendly, and the restaurant is always clean! Love this place, I will come back again and again!!
