Worst place I have ever been too! Just rude and on top of that they make you pay a huge tip without any knowledge. What a scam and on top of that you wait 30 min for your food which was wrong and they make your new food with additive and it has a hair in it. Ask to remake and they refuse. So gross threw away and will forever give a bad review

NORI Japan—absolutely fantastic! I’ve seen a lot of food courts, folks, but this place is something special. The teriyaki? Wow. Huge portions, perfectly cooked, and the flavors—tremendous! They don’t do sushi, they don’t do hibachi, and you know what? They don’t need to! Just great food, fast service, and everyone’s saying it’s the best. You’re going to love it, believe me! NORI Japan—total winner!

Automated order screen crashed while trying to place order. No human to take your order. 15% tip automatically charged when there is no human customer interaction, or even provide napkins. Food ok, not very lean. Wouldn’t recommend.

The food was amazing, will be back for that. The service was a little subpar. The lady behind the counter was having a bad day maybe. Our drinks were wrong and she didnt call out that our food was ready. We'll still be back for sure. Got the chicken bento box, pork belly Ramen and crab Rangoon. Yummy!
****Edit***** just saw the tip that was added to my order. I DIDNT add this tip. $6.39 on a $39 order. This may prevent me from coming back. Especially since the lady behind the counter wasn't great and got our drinks wrong.

I order teriyaki chicken with rice and vegetables noddle. She charge me $1 for noddle I say I order two item. She say yes. End up she is wrong. And food test trouble.
I got zero carrots in my veggies. It was all cabbage with one small bit of broccoli. The plate next to mine got lots of carrots. They can give more stars. Beef and the fried rice were just OK. Was faster than the text message said tho.

Shady, shoddy, spendy.I get it, I wouldn’t want to work in a mall food court, either. But words are helpful, smiles are nice, and eye contact should be a minimum requirement.What really ticks me off, more than the bland tonkotsu or my cold gyoza or the dry rice, is the super shady tactic of tacking on a tip without me knowing it. You’re forced to order on a kiosk, which is no doubt more enjoyable than interacting with the staff, but the automatic tip without my consent leaves me feeling taken advantage of.But hey, if you love no frills, flavorless, soulless, low quality Americanized Japanese food, but want to pay sit down restaurant prices, then you’ll love this place.

Rude customer service, hair in food, when asking for help the ignored us. They messed up on my order and I was half ways eating it and they took it back just to throw it away. The guy behind the counter is a great salesman and takes care of you after you purchase. The bento was delicious.
