Soggy boneless wings, burnt pizza. Charged for “extra” ranch and then don’t include what was paid for and included with the boneless wings.

This place is delicious every single time. My family and I love coming here and getting anything on their hand tossed ale crust. Delicious appetizers, great beer selection, and whatever you order you must finish off with their brownie and ice cream 10/10. We’ll be back!

found mold in multiple items in the kitchen cooler on line is above 41 degrees and they do not use a 4hr time chart this is likely to cause a food born illness after working here 2 weeks I was terminated do to miscommunication with an old employer the manager on shift didn't remember me so they let me go I was making a 1hr drive to this location for training and still had some belongings at the store the manager beau has now blocked me not professional or respectful sad to see a respected company be so poorly represented by a franchise

We ordered a Large hand tossed pizza and it was so soggy the first half of every slice was like mush..
Beyond that, they have Miller Lite listed as a Craft Beer?????WHAT??
How is the oldest and FIRST domestic Lite Beer considered a craft beer at Old Chicago? They need to understand the difference between Craft and Domestic.

I got a medium Pan pepperoni pizza and NO CHEESE. Just full of pepperoni, sauce, and bread. Told our server and he said he would make it right so I requested an individual Pan Pepperoni to go. When I got home Oh Man what a Disappointment NO CHEESE again. I don't know if they did that on purpose but I am very Disappointed with my pizza. Usually this place always delivers with stretchy cheese on their pizzas but this visit was a French bread with pepperoni and sauce. This will more than likely be my last visit to this establishment. I will stay with Barro's which doesn't short change you with mozzarella.
