found mold in multiple items in the kitchen cooler on line is above 41 degrees and they do not use a 4hr time chart this is likely to cause a food born illness after working here 2 weeks I was terminated do to miscommunication with an old employer the manager on shift didn't remember me so they let me go I was making a 1hr drive to this location for training and still had some belongings at the store the manager beau has now blocked me not professional or respectful sad to see a respected company be so poorly represented by a franchise

We ordered a Large hand tossed pizza and it was so soggy the first half of every slice was like mush..
Beyond that, they have Miller Lite listed as a Craft Beer?????WHAT??
How is the oldest and FIRST domestic Lite Beer considered a craft beer at Old Chicago? They need to understand the difference between Craft and Domestic.

I got a medium Pan pepperoni pizza and NO CHEESE. Just full of pepperoni, sauce, and bread. Told our server and he said he would make it right so I requested an individual Pan Pepperoni to go. When I got home Oh Man what a Disappointment NO CHEESE again. I don't know if they did that on purpose but I am very Disappointed with my pizza. Usually this place always delivers with stretchy cheese on their pizzas but this visit was a French bread with pepperoni and sauce. This will more than likely be my last visit to this establishment. I will stay with Barro's which doesn't short change you with mozzarella.

Lunch special was awesome! They made a mistake and took my extra pizza that I wanted to take home. So they made me a new pizza and I went home with a full pizza. Thanks for great customer service. You guys rock

Food was fantastic but service is anything but good. Asked for extra dressing for salads, never got it. I ate my entire meal without a refill even though I needed one halfway through; finally got one after I was done eating. Had to then ask for a refill for the wife prior to hers being empty even though the server saw it was almost empty when they dropped off my refill... Only reason it was 3 stars is because the food itself was excellent but again, service was horrendous.

Had a great time here. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Loved the spinach dip and chips, not to mention the Church Music IPA in a wonderfully large glass..

We ate here on a Saturday night and were seated immediately. I will say the service was straight forward and okay like a few other reviews have mentioned. There’s no homey hospitality just straight forward service which is fine. The food was very very good and affordable for a family of 4! The drinks are more than reasonably priced! I also loved how spacious the booths were! Definitely will be back.

10 minutes before a server approached, obviously reluctantly, at that. Only 8 people in the restaurant, most at the bar. She did everything she possibly could to avoid us. Finally, apologizing because she 'had other things to do'. Absolutely unacceptable in any job catering to walk-in customers.
On the other side, the 'Chicago 7' calzone was huge and excellent.

Wheelchair accessibility: It appears there were only 2 handicapped parking spots, but 3 pickup parking spots. I can only speculate which kind of customer matters.
