Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This was a dismal dining experience. It appears they have a block on wifi. I was sitting next to a window and was still unable to get my Hotspot to load. As I was dining alone this left me sitting in silence and staring at the walls through out my meal. The food was not up to par either. My second bowl of soup was only half full and the meat tasted like beef instead of sausage. I need to find a new dining spot.

Chicken and gnocchi was only watery broth with no chicken or gnocchi. Salad was ordered with light dressing and no peppercinis. It came with Pepercinis and heavy dressing dressing. And a little extra on the lettuce. I hate letters it's not washed or brown.
No cheese was initially offered for salad or soup until after they left the table.
The main course was way better. The server was great.

Stopped in for a late-night dinner after a long day of sports games and shopping. Our waitress was friendly and brought bread to start. About 10 minutes later, we got our first bowls of soup. She asked if we wanted bread with them—we said yes. By the time she came back, we had already finished the soup. She offered another bowl, and again asked if we wanted more bread. We said yes… but the second round of soup arrived with no bread, and we didn’t see her again for quite a while.

We finished our second bowl and waited for our dinner. Meanwhile, three other groups came in after us and received their appetizers—and one even received their entrée—before we ever got our meals. Thirty minutes passed with no food.

When the waitress finally returned, she seemed surprised: “Still no dinner? Let me check on that.” She came back saying the kitchen was backed up and she had just put a rush on it. At that point, we told her we had already paid and to please make the meals to-go.

It took 52 more minutes to receive our food.

During that entire time, two managers walked the floor and never once acknowledged us. We watched multiple tables be seated, eat, and leave while we waited. No apologies, no updates, no discount, not even the bread we were offered twice.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Wonderful place for a date night! Enjoyed sitting at a booth in the bar area/lounge.

We always enjoy Olive Garden. Friendly staff.

My chicken parmesan was very over cooked the edges were so tough I couldn't cut it. The 2 soups, zuppa and chicken gnocchi were very bland. Bread sticks have lost there addicting flavor. They too were bland.

The staff here are incredibly kind… every time I come in, I feel like family. They always greet me with big smiles and genuine warmth. It’s rare to find that level of friendliness these days! The service is consistent, and the team truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Honestly, some of the nearby restaurants could really learn a thing or two from the amazing people here. Olive Garden, you’ve got a great crew!

The servers are always very nice. The food is very reasonably priced considering all the options of endless soup or salad and to go food.

We went here for my birthday in the evening. I had shrimp scampi. It was not good at all.The food was really salty including the breadsticks and the salad. My sister had spaghetti & meatballs with mariana sauce. At midnight, her throat was itchy really bad and swollen. Besides, many lymph nodes appeared around her neck and her skin had red spots. We paid $89.10 + tips for celebrating my birthday but it turned out making my sister sicked and could not sleep the whole night. Wasting time, money and health.

My partner and I went there for a little cute date, the food was great but the server, Edgar, was amazing ! His customer service was outstanding, he was very kind and very welcoming. He definitely deserves a raise ! Made the whole experience even better :)
