Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Hostess was rude and unresponsive and made us feel we were an inconvenience.

The server to this place is great, I definitely recommend it to friends. This olive garden is located at Sandler Phoenix AZ.

The place is very neat and clean, the server are very polite

Great time at this location everything was tasty and fast served, Anthony was our server and he went above and beyond to give us the best service he really outdid himself I recommend him and this location !!

Pam was our server she was amazing! So incredibly nice had tons of recommendations absolutely incredible.

Spencer was an excellent server. Warm, friendly, helpful, the whole 9 yards, I've been a server for 10 years + and Spencer is the kind of server that restaurants strive to have. The food was good, quick, and surprisingly cheap. 11/10 would reccomend and will return again

Ate here today at lunch. The food was very tasty, but the service was abysmal. It's obvious that they were understaffed because the staff were really friendly, and working hard. But for our table:
- We had to ask for refills several times and we only got 1 refill at the end of the meal. Our glasses were empty for most of the meal
- The soups arrived a mess, soup all over the rims of all the bowls and down the sides.
- My mum ordered the endless soup and salad. Because the service was slow, she only got 1 soup and 1 salad, and she had to remind them because they'd forgotten the soup.
- We didn't receive breadsticks until we reminded the staff several times.
- My dad ordered a side salad without dressing. They forgot and tried to make him share the salad with dressing.
- The staff had added an extra soup and salad to our bill ($9.99). We had to make them remove it.

I would probably return because maybe they were just having an 'off' day. I hope we were just unlucky.

I was looking for a convenient place to have a quick meal while visiting from out of town. The service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive and fulfilled all of our requests. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

this Olive Garden has got to be one of the best in the Valley from the managing staff, the amazing and Gorgeous hostess Amia, Very sweet to go order person cara who offered me a drink while I waited for my table. The food was amazing and all the staff members 100% deliver great customer service.

Breadsticks were good. Picked up my to go order and got food meant for someone named Vanessa. Had to go back once I realized. I went in the restaurant to get it? Vanessa? Really? She ordered some kind of small brick w red sauce, the origin of which is unknown. My spaghetti and meatballs had three decent meatballs with a tablespoon of marinara, unacceptable. Employees kind of shrugged their shoulders with, “oh sorry”. Listen, my $25 has value that you obviously fail to recognize or value so I won’t ever again go to this or any other OG again. Mistakes happen. Dismissive attitudes are especially maddening. Letter to corporate will be in the mail next week. Whomever is captaining this disaster needs to go. Yes, it was that bad.
