Food was disgusting. Pasta wasn't cooked fully and there was about 2 tablespoons of Alfredo sauce. Chicken was little rubber. Never again. Service sucked.

Gracie was the best waitress.... very friendly, smiled alot... extremely helpful and she made sure we were taken care of... unfortunately we are from Chicago and won't be coming back anytime soon.... but when we do we will come back!!! Ty!!

I got the tour of Italy and the $6 take home add on Fettuccine. The tour of Italy was not as much food as they use to do, but was really good. I love the $6 take home add on deal

we ordered dinner with salad and split it between two. Asked to refill salad and she refused saying since it shared we cant refill.. we didnt know it and its okay. If want another i am capable to order another salad. But We never had such experience. She was so RUDE while talking. After that, she even didnt appear on table to ask to refill water, dipping sauce or at least ask 'howz the food & etc'.. called multiple times and was just waiting waiting for...
This totally UNEXPECTED SERVICE AND BEHAVIOUR. DIDNT EXPECT SUCH SERVICE. WILL NOT VISIT THIS BRANCH AGAIN.

High Marks for the Olive Garden at Gilbert & Germann Location! Honestly, it was an excellent dining experience! We were seated within 10 minutes of arrival by a friendly hostess. The Shrimp Scampi and Chicken Alfredo was delish! The soup and breadsticks were hot and fresh and we didn’t feel rushed. Adrianna was our server and she was the perfect combo of friendly, professional and efficient. I even ordered one of those add-on take home dinners for $6 extra (great value). My only regret is that we didn’t leave room for dessert. We will definitely be back!
