Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My husband I have always loved going out to Olive Garden, especially for the breadsticks and lunch special. The food has been good along with the service but our last visit was quite different. Our server seemed inadequate about his serving skills. I had asked for a lemon with my iced tea when I ordered it and it took four more times of me requesting one before I received it. Alongside this, the prices just keep on increasing. Seems like the only acceptable meal to get that is worth it is the lunch specials. Also, I do not like how they started giving out breadsticks until you receive your entree. This reeks of cheap and is unlike the quality it used to be. I hope the quality does not continue to decrease but I do not have high hopes.

this was one of the best restaurants i’ve ever been at the food was amazing and service was great too. our server peyton was truly outstanding and was so polite and kind. we will definitely be coming back to this location soon

Krystina M. provided the absolute most amazing service to my boyfriend and I. She was attentive, polite, quick and professional. She made sure we were taken care of and provided good conversation and jokes. She was beyond the best waiter I have ever come in contact with. Thank you Krystina! The food here was amazing as always, very calm vibes and absolutely delicious drinks!

Food was disgusting. Pasta wasn't cooked fully and there was about 2 tablespoons of Alfredo sauce. Chicken was little rubber. Never again. Service sucked.

Gracie was the best waitress.... very friendly, smiled alot... extremely helpful and she made sure we were taken care of... unfortunately we are from Chicago and won't be coming back anytime soon.... but when we do we will come back!!! Ty!!

we ordered dinner with salad and split it between two. Asked to refill salad and she refused saying since it shared we cant refill.. we didnt know it and its okay. If want another i am capable to order another salad. But We never had such experience. She was so RUDE while talking. After that, she even didnt appear on table to ask to refill water, dipping sauce or at least ask 'howz the food & etc'.. called multiple times and was just waiting waiting for...
This totally UNEXPECTED SERVICE AND BEHAVIOUR. DIDNT EXPECT SUCH SERVICE. WILL NOT VISIT THIS BRANCH AGAIN.
