I’ve recently been trying out One stop and this is the third location I’ve tried. The guy who serviced me and made the protein shakes was friendly and communicative. However, the reasoning for my low rating is due to the check out girl. Her customer service was not as great and come to find out later she had double charged me for a protein shake. I wish I would have caught it in the moment but I was feeling winded due to my workout. But she may have also not made that mistake if it wasn’t for her being distracted by the young man that was at the front check out the whole time talking to her. I wish I had kept my receipt to show for this mistake to at least figure out some kind of compensation. Next time, I’ll just need to be more alert and other than that I’ve been enjoying my protein shakes from a different location.

Drove 5 miles to get here just to be told there computer is down so they couldn't honor my earned free shake. But the computer works for cash or card just not the free shake. Don't go here.....
