We tried to have dinner here tonight around 7pm. We sat at the bar and waited for the bartender for at least 5 minutes. He finally came to greet us, gave us menus and took our drink order. We ordered 2 waters. He left again, and came back once again more than 5 minutes later. He dropped off food for a table, greeted another couple at the bar. And still we sat, no waters. We decided to leave. Very disappointing. We typically love Oreganos. Maybe just a bad night or bad server.
Okay that was just a bad night. We went again last night and Nicole our server made up for the prior experience. Food was great and service was exceptional! So glad we tried again!

Togo order for 5:30PM. Ordered at 2:00pm if not before. Arrived at 5:33. I was told it was going to be 5 minutes. But the food never actually came until 5:55.... The manager said she would be personally "taking care" of some of our order for us, and I will adjust this review once if and when, she makes good on that promise. I totally understand you're busy, but when I have 5 adults, 3 children in van waiting for their food, on a $150 order and watch 6 other people pickup their orders in front of me that were ready in time. You have a communication and priority problem. 12/27. Updated my review to 1 star. You took the time to respond to my review, but, 3 days later and your manager didn't make good on her promise to take care of part of our $136.45 order. So you lied to us in addition to all of this. Bravo, well done. Hopefully, no one believes your corporate chatgpt response and goes somewhere that cares.

Food is still decent post-Covid, though they've really obliterated the Oregano's Favoirte salad - taking off multiple ingredients. Service has really cratered - staffing is just too low. When you do get served, servers are usually friendly and good, though stretched thin. But, again, there's not enough staff. Went for dinner and there were tons of open tables, but still a 30 minute wait because there weren't enough servers and the "kitchen was backed up" meaning there probably wasn't enough kitchen people either. At lunch time, the staff can be even thinner.

When my mom and I checked in we were told it would be a 45 minute wait because they were extremely short handed. We decided to wait, we were taken back maybe 20 minutes in. Throughout the whole time we were there the staff was so accommodating it didn’t feel like they were as behind as they were. There was a table behind us cussing and being extremely rude about the wait but Oreganos did a phenomenal job at communicating the wait times so there shouldn’t have been any issues from anyone since they knew in advance. Our food was delicious and fresh and the service was amazing for how short handed and busy they were!

I have ordered here know twice in the last month. Both times very disappointing and not really good like it used to be. Maybe changed ownership or management or something is up not the same good food that they put out before. Pizza has changed not the same, guacatoni not the same Big Rig pasta not the same, just a Oregano's act alike restaurants. Sad but lost me as a customer for sure. Will not be back.

Writing this from the amazing “Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers” where they actually believe in customer service. I came into oreganos after ordering an over the phone order. When I got there I advised the lady that greeted of my situation having no card, she advised they do not have tap pay however her boss should be able to insert the card numbers manually. I waited, he showed up and hard no, the man said he cannot put in the numbers at all, I asked him if there is anyway to work with me having no card (I have money) he then switched his reasoning to “I cannot verify this card info is yours” he didn’t even attempt to help me, the staff in my short experience here seemed well untrained considering he info was incorrect.The owner seemingly had no interest in assisting me. He was massively dismissive luckily I will have a burger in my hands soon.

I recently tried the chicken parmesan sandwich, and it was delicious! The coleslaw was a great side dish - creamy and not too sweet. And I have to mention the waffle fries, which were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Overall, a great meal!
