had a curbside pickup order and there’s no way to check in when you arrive (normally places will have you enter your spot number etc). when you park, the sign says “stay in your car, we’ll be right out!” so we stayed in the car.. we could see a worker through the window and they saw our car since we were the only ones there. we waited almost 20 mins before finally going in to ask about it and the order was sitting behind their desk for who knows how long. they shouldn’t make their signs say to “stay in the car” if they aren’t going to bring it out to you.

I had plans to visit Texas, but since they don’t open until 3 PM, I decided to treat myself to a delightful lunch at LongHorn Steakhouse in Chandler, AZ.
My server, Kira, was absolutely fantastic! I was in a bit of a rush, so I asked her to choose my lunch for me. She did not disappoint! The steak was cooked to perfection and at just the right temperature.
Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience and truly enjoyed my lunch today!
I tipped my waitress 20% based on the meal price, which I felt was fair for the excellent service I received. However, I noticed that the suggested tip amounts on the receipt included the sales tax. Personally, I prefer to calculate my tip based solely on the meal cost, as I believe that the government already taxes me enough. It's important to me to tip based on the service provided rather than the total bill that includes tax.

Cade H was an absolutely fantastic server. He was on top of everything. Didn’t have to call him to ask for drinks to be re filled (or anything for that matter) super polite as well and personable. He was on top of everything while being very knowledgeable on the menu and just over all fantastic customer service. Take notes from this guy other servers.

Our service was great, the food was middle tier as the blooming onion was a bit over cooked (which I liked) per my hubby and the sauce on the salmon was a bit salty, but cooked perfectly. I like Outback and will always be a patron.

Absolutely the best steak and shrimp I've had in awhile, and the bread was outstanding. Been here a couple times now and the service was great,. Atmosphere is soothing, and location is convenient, I would definitely suggest this to any of my friends. 5 star all the way!!!
