We ordered the items off the menu that were featured on Diners, Drives and Dives and TLC. Unfortunately the Chicken and Waffles and Chicken Fried Steak were both very dry and tough to eat. We were so excited to try these items and left very disappointed.

This was my first visit to the restaurant and the staff seemed very upbeat and helpful upon arrival. The waiter gave me the menu and flipped through the pages with me, and even made a few recommendations. They have a lot of nice choices for breakfast. After the coffee was brought, he took the order and another server brought the food, fairly quickly. I didn't see the waiter at the table for quite awhile after that to get more coffee or to check on the meal that was brought. In fact, I thought the poached eggs were overdone, and asked for replacements, but it took a little long to pass that on to him. The new eggs came fairly quickly once I got his attention and were done correctly.
The food was delicious, but I thought the Hollandaise sauce, brought in a separate bowl on the plate, should have been as warm as the rest of the food. It was cooler so it didn't add much to the experience.
Despite the few troubles, I liked the food, and will go back.

Everything was incredibly delicious. I'm always a fan of their drinks, which were lovely as always. I tried the green chili omelette special, which was a huge portion and super tasty. Definitely two full meals. Don't go by the online waitlist though. We were 15 on the list for over an hour but then showed up and were seated right away.

We got some brunch here but breakfast burrito was super undercooked and made us sick. Sparkling wine is on tap and has no bubbles. Groddy.

One of the best places in the valley for breakfast in my books! The staff are very attentive, the place is spotless and the food is delicious and fresh. No smell or taste of the oil that was used one too many times anywhere, which is a problem for many places but not OverEasy Chandler. Kids' menu and toys are a nice touch too

Downtowns gone downhill since new Ownership and Management took over in Sept. Trick is, if you don’t say it’s your 1st time, you get mediocre. We watched our server ignore us but go all out for a 1st timer just to ask for a good review. So here’s our experiences. Vibes and smiles are gone. Food’s disappointing overcooked fried chk, undercooked potatoes, no refills, and barely anyone checking in with us slow or busy time. Nearby tables also complain. Christmas looked grim. Used to be a great spot for fam photos, drinks, and a good time. Hard to believe it changed that fast in 3 months. Used to come 3 times a week. Now we go around the corner for drinks. Positive notes: this place is clean compared to the others, make fresh oj and have mimosa flight’s.

This place was a bit pricey. We went early morning before 8am. The Coffee was horrible it was bitter, I couldn't even get two drinks down. The food was Not bad but was way overpriced. The portions were small. I felt like i got ripped off cause coffee was gross. How do you mess up coffee. I got the chicken fried steak and was very chewy. Was not impressed at all. They are overrated in my opinion.
