After waiting 45 mins for a table at the Chandler Arizona location 12/14/24. The only vegan option they have they were out of vegan eggs. I asked if they were able to reduce the price. Waitress stated she needed to ask her manager. After speaking to the manager she came back and said they would not be able to do that. They are out of the main item and will not reduce the price. Poor customer service!

Clean, relaxed, and friendly environment. I don’t throw out 5 star reviews everywhere, but when I do they’ve earned it. I am a visitor to this city and unfortunately I didn’t find this place until my last day. I had an omelette and it was excellent. Not at all greasy, which I find is almost ubiquitous in American breakfast restaurants.
The service was top notch, it was fast, and not overbearing, and my coffee cup was kept full.
I highly recommend them.

Got sat by hostess and ignored for 20 minutes. Servers were dropping food off and ignoring us. This is absolutely ridiculous service. We left. The restaurant Bisbee down the street is way better food and service wise!
Today was our first time going to Over Easy Restaurant in Chandler (Ray & I-10) & we absolutely loved it!!!
When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly hostess who sat us right away. Our waitress, Bri, was phenomenal! She was friendly, able to answer all our questions & was great about touching base to see if we needed anything. Our food came quickly & was served by another really nice guy. All four of us loved what we had ordered. (So delicious!!!) We even had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Jenn, as she stopped by our table to check on how we were doing. (I can't remember the last time a restaurant manager stopped by to introduce themselves & say "hello". I was a very welcomed surprise.)
What stood out to me most about this place (besides the yummy food, of course) was we could tell every one of the employees here actually really like their jobs. That seems to be a rare thing these days, but not at this place. It's bright, airy, clean, friendly & delicious... and, we will definitely be coming back!

I really like Over Easy and I’m so glad that they opened a location less than 2 miles away from my house! The decor from the furniture to the walls sparked so much positivity. I was seated inside, but I peaked and the outdoor furniture was in the same color theme too.
The food was great. We went as a party of 5, and everyone besides myself had leftovers to take home. The portion size was perfect. I was just hungry, alright? LOL! I ordered the breakfast tacos with the crispiest tater tots I’ve had in a while!
The service has met expectations. The orders came accurately and within a decent amount of time. Understandably, we are one of the last round of tables seated after the actual brunch rush, so the server forget a few small things until we asked again.
Overall, 4.5 stars. I will go back because I’m already eyeing on their 32oz alcoholic brunch punch, but it requires a party of 2 to place the order. I know, I know, totally makes sense haha~

Everything is consistently good. The specials are great - my husband says the Hickory Hash is the best breakfast he’s ever had! Love the diversity of menu including healthy options! Our server David was friendly and efficient!
