I had the southwest omelette which was pretty yummy. The ranchero sauce on it added good flavor so I didn't need to use hot sauce. The employees were nice and the manager even stopped by to check on us and kept us updated on our food since it took a little longer than she thought it should have. Over all this place has a nice vibe and good food!

Everything about this Over Easy on Ray Rd in Chandler was 5 star! Very friendly host greeted us when we first walked in. We were seated in Delaney’s section and she was just great. She was just promoted, and we see why! She seemed to be there whenever we needed something, but without being intrusive at all. she gave me great advice when ordering the banana caramel waffles, and when I wanted more of that sauce, she was back in about two seconds with a bowl of it! Best thing I’ve ever eaten!!Then the manager Jen stopped by and just couldn’t have been more friendly and easy-going. We chatted for a couple of minutes and then she was off to check in with other tables.We will be back!

The atmosphere here was comfortable but nothing special. Some of the food was good while some was not so good. The chicken fried steak was delicious. The hashbrowns were overcooked and way too crunchy. The orange juice, although delicious and fresh squeezed, was about 6oz for over $6.The service was pretty bad. They had one guy working, taking orders, bringing out food and drinks, and cleaning tables. I watched him "clean" two tables, and it was not cleaned or sanitized properly.

Two egg breakfast plates ordered by two people in party. One order was on a plate with egg cooked hard (was supposed to be over easy). That plate included hash browns and bacon.The second two egg breakfast was not on a plate. Two eggs hardly cooked (was supposed to be medium hard) came out on a saucer. Hashbrowns came out later on a saucer. Had to ask for the toast. Never got the bacon.

This place is pretty good. I ordered the Southwest Skillet. It was a little soupy but tasted pretty good. The service was pleasant and slow, but not unexpected for Sunday brunch. They don't do call-ahead seating, so you have to take your chances. We were able to find seats at the bar, so we didn't have to wait long.
