Amber our server was friendly, had good suggestions on menu, was attentive and checked in on us. She was a main reason for high rating. Also I was surprised to see more healthy items on the menu - the main reason I haven't visited for several years. The birthday dessert had a wonderful and creative option to a candle!!!

We were a party of eight... Three of us ordered PF CHANG spicy chicken... It is our favourite dish and we have been ordering it for years. What we received, was a plate of fire engine, red chicken that was so hot we could barely eat it... We all ate about a quarter of our food. Later on, we noticed that someone at the table next to us ordered the same dish and it was not even the same color. It was the original looking chicken that we are used to getting. Somebody must have dumped a jar of hot pepper sauce by mistake into our food.

Worst experience ever. We waited 70 minutes past the reservation time to be seated. On the excellent advice of our server, we ordered everything from the appetizer menu and received our food in 15 minutes. The main kitchen was backed up well over an hour. The party behind us had been waiting 80 minutes; they were still waiting when we left. It was Christmas Eve so we could not leave and go someplace else. I confirmed the reservations the same day by phone. All we got was a “Sorry”. We will never go back. This is a complete failure at the management level.

Christmas Eve 2025...Our reservation for 5 people was at 6:00 PM. We weren't seated until 7:03 PM. We placed our order by 7:30 PM and received our appetizers and drinks in a timely manner. At 8:45, after checking on the arrival of our meals several times, we gave up waiting, cancelled our orders, tipped our waitress, and left hungry. (Thank you Sonic for being open late on Christmas Eve and providing us with fresh, hot, cheesburgers on our way home!) We don't blame the waitress or host staff. We hold the management responsible. We watched the manager walk around in his suit only sitting large tables of six or more, never once lifting a finger to help the staff in any other manner. The manager(s) should have been in the kitchen helping the cooks or plating meals, etc. BTW, we weren't the only table that walked out that night. We watched three others give up and leave before us.

This has been a Christmas tradition for decades and has always been very special. Tonight was an exception we had a 5:45 reservation and wasn't seated until 6:35. It took over an hour and a half for our dinner to be served. All of this would have been okay if the quality was good. I was so disappointed my food was at best just okay. Not the best quality. I guess we will need to find a new Christmas tradition next year.

First impression was very positive on how clean everything appeared to be. Reception was fast and friendly and our server was so nice and helpful. First visit to any P.F. Chang restaurant and it set the bar very high. Great selection of food/ drinks. We took advantage of the lunch special with some appetizers. The lettuce wraps were amazing as well as the dumplings. Our main dishes were absolutely incredible! Portion size, food quality, and taste could not be much better. Overall, this was an incredible experience that left us talking about it for the next couple days wanting to go back. Highly recommend and we will be back next time we are in town.

From the moment she walked up to our table, it felt like the heavens opened and said, ‘You’re about to have the best service of your life.’ She didn’t just take our order—she curated an experience. Drinks magically appeared right when we needed them, plates landed like gifts from the universe, and her smile alone could season the lettuce wraps. If excellent service were a sport, Melissa would have a gold medal and a Wheaties box. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a slow clap for the legend herself.”
