Where do I begin. This will be part one of two reviews, as our first server Tatum and the amazing food were the real reasons we literally came back to dine in again the next night.Tatum is so chill, down to earth but really kind all at the same time. I was on my duties so hubby was left to order, he said that he was hesitant but Tatum reassured him that what he was ordering was going to be delicious (Mongolian Beef!). And that it was!! Funny story, asked hubby if he tried different sides and he just said “No. I just got white rice….” It was fine, but let me tell you, after trying my daughter’s food (kids chx fried rice), goodness I had wished we got fried rice as a side over white. Then, Tatum came over with probably the best news (but probably unfortunate to others), they were out of white rice at the moment. So…. (: that meant we got to order fried rice and noodles!! Ahhh. I was so stoked!! The food came out and it was more delicious than I’d anticipated. Truly!! And I honestly believe it’s all because of the service we received from Tatum. WAIT it gets better, DESERT! Oh my word, I don’t even remember what hubby got because I was absolutely in a trance by my drool worthy, Banana Fried Rolls with Coconut Pineapple Ice Cream! Enough said! That was absolutely DEVINE!! Oh and if you’re there, skip the small size, YOU MUST DO THE FULL SIZE!!I can’t say enough, Tatum was awesome! And we loved our first dining experience EVER, at a P.F. Chang’s. Little did Tatum know we already decided on our way out, that we were coming back the next night! ???But then she did know because WE GOT TO SEE HER! ♥️Side note, almost picked a bone with hubby about just going to chipotle instead….glad he shut me down!! ?Thank you Tatum! On to Kaylee….?Kid-friendliness: Everyone dining and the staff was very kind with the fact that we were having dinner with our two year old. It’s not fancy, but you still have an initial vibe of not completely feet kicked up kind of laid back either. So again, we were having dinner with our two year old, who is also very curious as they all are and our neighbors adored that most about her!
The food and cleanliness have definitely taken a downward spiral in the last few years. I wish they still had the walnut shrimp dish on the menu. Their old fashioned drink is good. Everything else is just average.

First impressions, the front exterior was a bit messy with leaves. The dining area was very clean despite it being packed. Also in spite of this the wait staff was quite attentive with out being over over bearing. And the kitchen staff was pumping out food with no issue. The men's restrooms however needed attention the floors were sticky and there was plenty of liquid around the urinals and the toilets. The trash was overflowing with paper towels.We did pork egg rolls and dumplings as our starters. They came out quite fast, fresh, and hot. I absolutely loved the sauces that came with them. Slight spice and the egg rolls sauce had a nice zing taste.Main course I selected the wagyu beef steak and shrimp fried rice. The wagyu beef steak was a perfect medium rare and came with a large amount of mushrooms and a wonderful chimi churri. The mushrooms had a beautiful flavor however I'm not much for the texture of mushrooms. The chimi churri added an incredible burst of freshness to each bite of the steak. The shrimp fried rice was cooked to perfection and had great flavor.For dessert we went with the chocolate suffle. This came with vanilla ice cream and a razberry glaze. The suffle was quite rich and thick and paired nicely with the light ice cream. The fresh razberry glaze brought it all together perfectly with it's wonderful tartness.Overall this was a very pleasant dining experience would recommend 10/10

This was the last time we're going to PF Chang's. We used to love this restaurant so much, but enough is enough. The food quality has declined, the portions are pathetic, and the prices have skyrocketed. We might as well just get mall food and at least save a few bucks. What a shame!

I purposely pay more to visit Chang’s vs Pei Wei. The food at Chang’s has been hit or miss. I visited two days in a row. The first day was fabulous and the second day it was just ok. The service and atmosphere both days was outstanding!
