Why have a seafood buffet and say that you have crab legs and there be no crab legs for a hour and a half. They charged 22 dollars a plate and no crab legs the lady said we have other foods but I specifically came for the crab legs poor customer service and ONCE AGAIN NO CRAB LEGS

Double charge on service charge & tip percent based on tax amount also. Long wait just to fix their own billing mistake Very disappointing experience at this buffet. We were charged service charge twice on the bill. Although it was later corrected after an hour of waiting, the manager then calculated the service charge on top of the tax amount, which is still incorrect and unacceptable. What made it worse was the poor management in handling their mistake and it took a long time to fix something that should have been simple. ⚠️ Advice to future customers: check your bill carefully and be prepared for long waiting to have it corrected, even when the error is theirs. Very disappointing experience.

Quite possibly the worst Asian buffet. After reading the mixed reviews on this place a friend and myself decided to try it out. If pickled chicken feet and pig snout are your thing you’ll be in heaven. But even the traditional Chinese fare is gross. Most of the food was absolutely unappealing to the eye, which means it would taste even worse. Well it did, the men’s bathroom was an absolute war zone, I would say it probably hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was vomit inside the urinal which caused it to over flow. At $60 bucks for 2 people I’ll go to Lin’s in Mesa and get fresh great tasting Chinese and a clean bathroom 👍🏼

We were invited to a party here. They have a private room, which was nice. The spread is great, but the labels for food was not always correct. For those with peanut allergies, be careful there is a huge container of roasted peanuts in the sushi area. I love clams and was excited to see they had them, but they were not very warm. The mussels were good. There was a lady that kept refilling it. Overall, the buffet food was okay. I would go back if invited by friends and family.

My family and I just went to this location to eat and my girls and I went to use the ladies room to find an employee throwing up in a stall with no toilet paper and she never washed her hands when she left the restroom. I addition she was met with another male employee who escorted her to the back where the food is made. This is totally gross. I told the woman she should wash her hands only for her walk out. This is totally gross and unacceptable. THE BATHROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED.THEY DID NOT HAVE ADEQUATE TOILET PAPER ON TOP OF THAT.YOU CAN TELL NOBODY, HAD GONE IN THERE TO WIPE DOWN COUNTERS OR SANITIZE.THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Do Not eat here!!!! IF YOU ARE A MANAGER, YOU NEED TO ADDRESS THIS.IF YOU OWN THE PLACE, YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO LOOK AT WHAT YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE DOING. Never again!
