Palette Collective

The spaces were well thought out and spacious. I had no services but was visiting with a friend. There was good coffee though.

The property manager here was extremely rude and unprofessional towards a small business inside called chill kopi. Im sure you can google the two and see how pallette made the two owners feel so bad and called names. Do not bring your business here if youre looking for a new place and for customers I'd recommend it support this place in anyway neither. Especially the bakery inside the lady there is also something else.

I will never support this business again. They treated ChillKopi with so much disrespect. I don’t care what “dispute” you had with them. You need to learn to treat small businesses with the respect they deserve. Especially the owners of ChillKopi who are the nicest people. I personally think they added a lot of value to that place and I hope you don’t survive after the way you act. Whoever had made this decision is a horrible person and should be ashamed of themselves.

I am very disappointed in Palette Collective. The sole reason Palette Collective is successful is because of all of the small business located inside of the establishment. Small businesses are the bread and butter of our community and for a big company to mistreat a small local business, abruptly I may add, is appalling.
Shame on you Palette Collective, I will no longer support any of your locations.

Came here for Chill Kopi and Chill Kopi ONLY. Amazing cafe, wonderful service and owners, consistency every time, can say with 100% confidence the BEST cafe in AZ. Because of how wonderful Chill Kopi was, I was so ready to check out the other businesses within the collective. You guys kicked them out. Now, I'm COMPLETELY UNINTERESTED!! You lost a customer and an amazing business!! Do better Palette Collective!!

A great established for anyone to have their own booth and make their own hours!

I have been renting here for almost a year and a half and it’s been a pleasure working with Siera Tefft! She is such a joy and super attentive. Not very often you have a wonderful building manager. The facility is great and the coffee shop is amazing!

I got iced honey lavender and I just loved it. I highly recommend this place. Great atmosphere with great coffee.

Chill Coffee’s drinks were so delicious! We enjoyed the honey lavender oat latte and honey oat latte. They were amazing hosts and even gave us complimentary candy and dessert. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends

I took an Uber only to find out that the coffee shop was closed for renovations. You should advertise that as now I have to take another one somewhere else as there’s no other coffee shops within walking distance. $20 I won’t get back

The atmosphere in the coffee shop was significantly disrupted by the staff of the nearby shops, who were speaking very loudly while sitting in the coffee shop area. This, combined with the lack of prompt service (waited 15 minutes before anyone came at the counter) and the disappointing quality of the coffee, made for a less than satisfactory visit.

A lot of great little businesses and shops here with services ranging from hair and nails to tattooing and medical aesthetician. Parking can be cramped and navigating the busy area, especially with Costco on the other side of the parking lot can make it a little chaotic at times. Coffee shop inside but not really a place you'd go without an appointment.

Good coffee. Light and airy space to hang out.
