Even at 10:30 p.m., when they were winding down, and not many diahes left to choose from, the staff were welcoming and cooked fresh a batch of what we were craving for and we didn't have to wait too long. It was nice to eat before our 2 hr drive back home. So glad we stop by at this location.

The downfall of any restaurant is when everyone that works there just does not care. This panda is a place where you can just tell that everyone is just there to put in just the right amount of effort not to get fired. The orange chicken tasted like it only had soy sauce. The soda machine was spewing out flat soda. It's just sad really.

10 minute wait for Orange Chicken on a Saturday evening 11/30. No apologies, no explanation...no comps or free anything for the wait. no one is in charge also out of napkins.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had anywhere more concerned with ridiculous policies than the actual customer. Allows people to steal their food and when the correct driver from DoorDash is waiting to pick it up tell him someone took it, clearly stole it and then won’t remake it for the customer to send with driver turning into and hour long fiasco ending with no food and people going to sleep hungry. Learn to care about customers like we used to years ago this is just despicable punishing a customer cause you didn’t safe guard our food and let someone steal it!!!
Every time I come and order they are always out of dishes. Why do they wait until dishes are out and make customers ask for them to be made? Wouldn’t it make more sense to keep up with food before it runs low or out?

My food was so bad I had to write a review. They need better cooks or something because my orange chicken was flavorless, in fact the only flavor it had was this really weird off putting taste, the walnut shrimp was also off, the chow mein is literally 90% cabbage and also big chunks. Food went straight to the trash.

What a wonderful place! Super nice employees. While waiting for the super greens for my meal, a manager gave me a cup and asked if I wanted a drink. Wonderful customer service!
