I love Panda Orange Chicken. I have stopped here many times and the only complaint I have is that there seem to be variations in the portion sizes. Other than that, the staff is always friendly. Seating area is usually tidy and tables cleared when customers leave. Have never used the restroom here so I cannot comment as to its cleanliness. The parking lot can be a little bit of a pain when the store and drive-thru are busy.

All-in-all this is one of my favorite places to eat in this area. I would recommend.

Horrible customer service my food was cold and I called and the manager told me that she couldn’t take the food that was in the box that was still there because I couldn’t eat it, but I still have to bring the receipt. I was like well OK fine but she was so nasty to me on the phone. I just didn’t wanna ever go visit that location again

I had lunch here 11/29/25. It was very high quality food. The flavors were perfect and everything was fresh. It wasn’t very busy, so I’m thankful the food was being made in small batches. Extremely clean front and back. I’ll definitely come back here when I’m in the area.

Usually I’ll order inside but this time I had to get on the road so I chose the drive thru.
First off, the cashier taking orders at the speaker seemed to be in a rush but wasn’t rude.
I get it… Friday night I’m sure it gets busy but it wasn’t bad at the moment I was there.
I got my food and at the pick up window and I could see they were in a rush-hour inside the restaurant…so I was accepting…
I then left but didn’t make it out of the parking lot without noticing they did not include napkins, utensils and FORTUNE COOKIES.
It’s the little things that matter sometimes and if you can’t do a simple part to finish the task then that just displays that you and your team do not care.
The food was decent but this experience just left a bad taste in my mouth, pun intended.

I may never return to this location.
Do I give them the benefit of the doubt?
