Panda Express Fact: Panda Express has more than 2,000 locations worldwide, but it's still owned and operated by husband and wife Andrew and Peggy Cherng, making it one of America's largest family-owned restaurants!What can be said about Panda Express? This location is situated inside a casino so unless you're at this casino, I can't imagine why you would pop in just for Panda Express. I ordered the three-entree plate for $15. I got the chow mein with Beijing beef, string beans with chicken, and honey walnut shrimp (+$3). At a total of $18, it was satisfactory. I'm not the biggest Panda Express fan as I rather support some of our local business but hey, come here for their orange chicken. They are, after all, the supposed inventor of the orange chicken. Chef Andy Kao is credited with inventing Panda Express's signature dish in 1987, four years after the restaurant first opened.

This location is in the casino. Always a long line but they always have food hot fresh and ready. All the main menu options but the price point is almost double what you would pay at a freestanding location. The taste is good and portion size is on point. The customer service at the location is horrible. I have yet to see a staff member smile, thank me for my purchase or not be rude to customers.

The food was good but the service was terrible. They were so busy talking to each other that they forgot to give me my food and I didn't get any sauce with my rangoons :/. It took them about 3 minutes to even acknowledge me because they were so deep in their own conversations with each other.

This was the best part of my visit to Lone Butte Casino. The servers here are very generous with portions -- more than any other Panda I've been to. It makes up a little bit for the stingy slots. Another plus is that on Fridays and Saturdays, this spot is open til 2am. Late night hungry crowd welcome. This will probably be the only reason I ever come back to Lone Butte Casino.
