We went to Panda today & there were only 3 people working. They were working so hard to get everyone served. I thought they deserved a shout out. The manager is Arisa & she was doing all of the orders & running the register. There were 2 people cooking & they were working their tails off!

My son had a horrible experience at the McQueen/Riggs location. I placed an online pickup order under his name. He walked nearly half a mile in the Arizona heat to get it, but when he arrived, the employees refused to give him the food because he didn’t have an order confirmation. Nowhere in the ordering process did it say one was required. He offered to verify his name and the order, but instead they mocked him, made rude gestures, and laughed with coworkers while he tried to reach me (I had just boarded a flight).
My husband had to leave work and drive 20 minutes to pick it up, and when he asked for the same order, the employees handed it over without asking for any confirmation at all. By then, the food was cold and we had to throw out $58 worth.

I ordered on doordash don't recommend. They completely forgot a bunch of items. So expensive for food today. Coming into the store, they never have food ready. Seriously just close your doors

Like Panda Express but this location got it wrong. Got my order wrong the first time. They corrected it accurately. When I got home, my order was wrong another way. How hard is it to get a one entree bowl wrong twice? Keep your line in order. Won’t go back to this location.
