First time I had to wait 30mins plus for food. There is no Express at this location. No food ready. Cook was slow not giving a dam that there was 10 people waiting. If it wasn't for new shift cook I would still be waiting.

Don't get food there at any time after 8pm. The store is getting ready to close, they have limited selection and what is there is not fresh and super greasy. Made that mistake twice in the last 2 weeks. Never again.

I have been coming to this location lately because I am doing a job close by, but there is a blond lady, Kylee i think is her name, she is always in a bad mood, with bad attitude, and you can't ask her for anything without her getting annoyed and give you bad faces and rolling her eyes up, like, she is not supposed to "answer questions"If she doesn't like her job, there are plenty places around to work for, but she should not be working in customer service anywhere. She is just mean....

Not to be a Karen, but cooks, some of you wore gloves, but to the guy who didn't, thanks for not doing that anymore. It feels weird showing up as a customer knowing a dude touched frozen meat before cooking it. Unless you don't care about your customers, then keep doing you.

Order inside for teriyaki chicken. Wasn't ready. Waited 45 minutes as they didn't start cooking any teriyaki chicken for up to 15 minutes. My rice and orange chicken stayed in styrofoam container for the 45 minutes. No apologies no cares. Everyone looked miserable working there.

Soft and very mushy orange chicken. But the worst part, my chow mein smells and tastes of cigarette smoke. The location is also permanently out of coke, and tea. No refund on drink.

if I could give zero stars I would! Half of the food wasn't there in a Saturday afternoon. And what was there was old and tasted like doodoo. The white female was very rude and gave a lot of attitude when we were ordering. We had to go back and get a different dish because their beef and broccoli was literally sour and spoiled. She was not happy about that lol. On top of that they gave me 3 prieces of beef and the rest was soggy broccoli. Never coming back to this sorry excuse of a panda ever again.
