So finished with this store and Panera overall. I am not exaggerating when I say that the last 5 times I’ve used the drive-thru my order was wrong (crazy bad wrong) 4 out of the 5 times. I can’t be the only one this happens to. Yesterday I decided to go in to the store to order and when I got home and pulled out my lunch, my apple was rotten and had two cuts in it (from fork? Knife? Who knows?). I honestly was just starting to go back to Panera after horrible experiences at this store last year. I didn’t even waste my time going back because they never do anything about it. (You know, like they say “we will make it right and give you a free whatever they promise……) How does Panera even stay in business? It’s the worst…..

Arrived to learn that my order was never actually prepared (or taken by someone else). Had to wait additional 20 minutes. Definitely not "rapid order". Finally the order was ready and was given to me with no apologies. Very rude service and the sandwich was poorly slapped together. Never going here again. And I want a refund.

While I love the take two option, my tomato basil club sandwich was served on white bread instead if tomato basil bread. The employee serving up the lunches tried to convince me it was tomato basil bread but there was no basil flavor or tomato color at all. Soup was delicious. Clean and welcoming.
Horrible parking and surrounded by terrible traffic but once you make it there the food is awesome.

I went to pick up soup for a loved one. We just found out that our family member has stage 4 cancer. I ordered pick up & the order was ready even faster than it should have been. It seems small but you have no idea what a huge help this was. We aren't eating much & we aren't eating the right things... but thank you for making a good meal so quickly. ?
