⭐️ Fresh Breakfast Stop with Friendly Service & Perfect Setup for Pick-Up and Coffee Lovers ☕🥐
Every time I swing by a Panera Bread, I know I’m in for a reliable and satisfying stop and this Chandler Viridian location did not disappoint. I came early in the morning to grab coffee and breakfast sandwiches and everything from the parking to the pick-up process ran smoothly.
They offer free outdoor parking, including reserved “Pick-Up” spots for online orders and handicap-accessible spaces right by the front door. There’s even a drive-thru lane for quick service. Inside, the atmosphere is bright and calm, with plenty of tables, booths and counter seating for solo guests or small groups. The layout is clean and modern, the Rapid Pick-Up shelves are clearly labeled and restrooms were spotless.
I ordered several breakfast sandwiches and everything came hot, neatly packed, and exactly as requested. Their coffee bar and self-serve drink area were well stocked, and the staff greeted everyone with a smile truly refreshing customer service.
Overall, this Panera location is a great choice whether you’re working remotely, meeting a friend, or just craving a good pastry and latte before hitting the road. Everything here feels organized, consistent, and welcoming — highly recommended for anyone around Chandler AZ! 📍

A huge thank you and shout out to the management, Adam, and his staff. I am getting older and using the app is very difficult. Even with my air and technology, Adam solved my problem and we had a great dinner! A clean dining room too!

It's been three weeks. No response. It is disturbing to see they have need to monitor their reputation. Read the reviews before you eat there.
I hate to do this to a place I eat at nearly everyday, but it must be said in hopes they improve. 1. ATTEND your registers! I have seen and heard of many people walking out because of how long it takes for an employee to take your order at the register. Today it was me! 2. Many customers do not understand your menu, and need special help, bless their hearts. These lane campers complicate your already poor register service. I opened the door for one of those lane campers. When one of them takes up your staff-imposed limited register service bandwidth, it would be a good customer service best practice to use the other three employees standing around completely aware of the inconvenience the lane camper is causing for those of us with a limited lunch hour. I stood in line for 7 minutes behind the bewildered customer only to leave when I head the cashier begin a second discussion on nut allergies (something not brought up by the undecided customer who had already handled the pastries at the register more than 4 times). 3. Your tablet cashiers only work half the time, are fit loose on the holder, and need to be managed better. 4. Bus the tables during lunch hour more frequently. I have never been able to sit a table that was actually cleaned. I've always had to clean off a table of the previous occupants poor eating mechanics. 5. Food preparation time is random, sometimes its reasonable, but no matter the visible customer load there are times when you just waste my lunch break waiting for no apparent reason other than apparent employee inefficiencies, to receive my order. 6. The drink cups are picked up at the food delivery counter not the register, because NO ONE IS THERE! I have to ask EVERY TIME for a food preparer to hand me my drink purchase. I know for a fact other regular customers are complaining about this outside of your restaurant. I come here nearly everyday, I plan to come back. I expect you to improve. I'm going to monitor your improvements and document the results (good or bad) on this thread. And for goodness sake remove the unsealed pastries for sale in front of the unattended cash registers, the patrons are handling them (YUCK) out of nervousness rather than a desire to purchase them.

I waited 19 minutes in the store for my order, If you can't meet your delivery deadline, adjust it and don't waste my time.

Came through the drive thru for my lunch break today and was asked my number for my account per usual but then the worker read out my whole number on the speaker box and my name. I would appreciate if workers dont put out people's private information in such a public manor. It made me uncomfortable. Foods great though !

Worst experience I have ever had with a Panera. I ordered oatmeal and when I received it, it was watery and ice cold. Who wants to eat cold oatmeal on their way to work. It wasn't even like it sat long after I ordered it. Completely ruined my breakfast. I do not plan on returning to this location.

I ordered the apple walnut chicken salad for lunch. I got back to my office and the lettuce was bad in the salad. I don’t know how they can serve this stuff.

Their drinks are prepared with consistency every time.
Good food, lots of choices of sandwiches, soups, salads and some pastries. Friendly and pretty quick service.

The quality of food at Panera has really gone down over the years. Prices have gone up for less quality. I doubt this chain is around in a couple of years

Panera has gone downhill. The place was not busy, and every table was not wiped down. My toasted sandwich was over cooked it fell apart. Are there any adults running that place?

My wife and I were on the way to a medical appointment and ordered our food. It was about a 15 minute wait. The pager didn't go off, so we're not sure how long the food actually took.
My wife had a croissant with egg, and the egg was cold.
I had a bagel. I don't know how long it's been since I've been to a Panera Bread, but the bagel was super thin, not cut in half and not even warm.
Because we were in a hurry we didn't address the problem. Panera has gone downhill.

So finished with this store and Panera overall. I am not exaggerating when I say that the last 5 times I’ve used the drive-thru my order was wrong (crazy bad wrong) 4 out of the 5 times. I can’t be the only one this happens to. Yesterday I decided to go in to the store to order and when I got home and pulled out my lunch, my apple was rotten and had two cuts in it (from fork? Knife? Who knows?). I honestly was just starting to go back to Panera after horrible experiences at this store last year. I didn’t even waste my time going back because they never do anything about it. (You know, like they say “we will make it right and give you a free whatever they promise……) How does Panera even stay in business? It’s the worst…..

I AM GIVING 1* BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION FOR NO STAR. I ORDERED FOOD FROM THERE TODAY AND HAD HAIR IN THE FOOD. NOT GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE.
