Toasted Forntega Chicken on doughy, soggy bread is not pleasant. Followed by a doughy cookie nonetheless. Not returning to this location since they do not know how to bake apparently.

Lots of difficulty getting food ordered. 20 mins at register and our friends showed up to order and they had the same experience then we got our foods ,the orders were incorrect. Brought up to female manager and she could of cared less all she could do was make excuses for being busy due to a soccer game. No apology. Nothing.

Poor customer service. They messed up my online order. Missing a sandwich, and incorrect soup size. Tried to call multiple times for assistance and no one picked up.
I always have my Panera delivered so I couldn’t write the atmosphere, but most Panera’s are really warm and cozy. This particular store is my favorite place on earth to get my pastries and my coffee delivered from.Parking: Parking is very easy as is the drive-through
The food was excellent. The bread was just right in texture and warmth. The sandwich was delicious. The condiments were fresh and had great flavor. Service was terrible! There were two cars ahead of me, 2 or 4 customers on the inside, and it took 20 mins to get a sandwich, a sourdough baguette, and a large soda! While sitting at the window there were 4 employees just standing around talking and acting like they were cleaning something. One employee cleaned the oven handle the whole time I was waiting at the window. They didn’t even come to the drive-thru window right when I pulled up, they took almost 5 mins to even greet me and to take my payment. Just a horrible experience!

Mediocre for the price. I had the walnut chicken salad, tomatos were frozen. My wife got a personal pizza and hated the Flatbread and the sauce. We also ordered 3 cookies that we remembered having back when it was paradise bakery and although they taste similar they are much thinner and slightly smaller now. Total was $32

They gave me the wrong sandwich and I was already home 4 miles away when I found out. The fact they they charged me $15 for something I'm not going to eat pisses me off.If I ever go back I'll triple check everything before I leave.
