My wife and I came to eat for Sunday lunch. We orderd salad and what we thought was a $1 soup. Because we didn't order on line we were charged full price . I don't know why it is SO important to order on line BUT for customers relationships i would think you could accommodate 1 time To keep customer. We probably won't come back now!

I wanted to try something gym/bodybuilder friendly and Ashtoh (awesome cashier/service crew member) helped me get sorted out with a 1/2 Chipotle Steak Avocado on the ciabatta bread.
It was quite seriously my new favorite sand-which I’ve had at panera!
Convinced me to create a rewards account and eat here more often!

I requested customizations on my sandwich in the app and my order was wrong. They didn't include ANY of the customizations and charged me for it. I couldn't find in their app how to report this issue.

This has to be the worst Panera location I have ever been to.
Slow, but rush you to make a decision while ordering, always out of EVERYTHING. On 2 separate occasions I have to return to my have my order corrected. These poor kids in here working under management that clearly does not know how to prioritize quality and customer experience.
There is absolutely no point in doing business here, unless you need one more reason to be pissed off today.

I haven't been to a Panera in years and tonight reminded me why. I ordered half a frontega chicken sandwich with no tomato. Of course the first thing I see are a ton of tomatoes, and then underneath that a couple tiny pieces of chicken, no red onion, a random piece of corn, and a ton of cheese, and all that was only enough to cover maybe half the sandwich, which is shocking because it's a tiny sandwich to begin with. This was such a rip off for the price and the only redeeming quality was how nice the drive through worker was. There are so many better deals out there, so don't waste your time here.
Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes wairing on others in front of me to be serviced. Once I pulled to the window for a blueberry bagel, not toasted and sliced with no spread, I sat there for 7 minutes with no acknowledgement. Keep your bagel your service sucks and I'll go to Einstein Bagels from now on!

If you are doing drive through expect a wait. Don't be in any hurry if you only have a 30 min lunch you might want to reconsider. Food is great and great choices.

Me and my wife took our kids out to lunch and I'm rolling out a big fan of Panera bread. My wife said loves Panera but I'm not a fan. The service wasn't that great. Took forever to get a meal like always the drive-thru over off of Ellsworth that Panera is very quick. Never have to wait but every time I go inside if there's always a long way, even if there's nobody really even there I think if you walk into a restaurant there should be made of in a timely fashion. Not take forever
