This location has especially high quality service, and the food is normally good - but I just tried the new potato soup and it's quite literally the worst thing I've had from a fast food place in a considerable amount of time. I don't think I'll be trying any "new" item from Panera and stick to my usual order for the foreseeable future.

I was there yesterday for lunch and the cook made in a sarcastic tone to me to Enjoy she said and you welcome, so I grabbed my lunch and said thank you! I sat down and I eat my lunch and then after other customers did the same grab their food and sat down and she never not once said to any of them what she said to me. Why did she single me out what did I do wrong and her helper gave me a dirty look smirking looking at the cook. I tell you I love Panera’ s food …. The staff behind the counter is misrepresenting them it just feels wrong.

I recently visited this location and I’m not sure if they have a new recipe for the seasonal cookie but it didn’t say so on the menu I was expecting the usual icing on the shortbread cookie and I got a shortbread cookie absolutely covered in white chocolate…. If you’re going to change the recipe at least state so on the menu so it’s not a surprise to anyone

Ohhh, how I long for the days of Paradise Bakery! For the last year or so, we truly try to avoid this place because there’s always a problem with service, and the food has become so sub-par. But tonight I ran through the drive-thru purely out of convenience. Apprehensive, but hoping for the best. Nope. Still horrible service. Incorrect food order. Just a bunch of kids running the place and it shows. If there’s an adult manager on duty, they are not paying attention. At the very least, I should have received two sides of French baguettes, which are hard and dry but quite honestly, I now make better use of them by freezing them and making garlic bread out of them on spaghetti night. Guess what? I got one side, and that was potato chips. I ordered a half Greek salad, but when I got to the window, they asked if I had ordered an Asian sesame salad (???????). So now an additional wait. The salad was less romaine lettuce and mostly field greens (ugh. never used to be field greens!) so not happy about that. And I guess they thought the pepperoncini peppers were a great addition when the salad was fine the way it was (I had to pick those things out). Their improvements are NEVER improvements. And when we were happy that they added flat bread pizzas to the menu, that item disappeared from the menu relatively quickly!! I know this is now owned by a company out of Germany and maybe that’s why it’s going downhill, I don’t know. I just know that it’s one big disappointment every time I go there.

After taking my daughter tonight I refuse to go back, as my daughter and I were eating our meals a 1 inch cockroach was crawling around which totally turned me off from eating. After telling the manager his reaction was not even remotely concerned. He just told me it must've gotten in somehow and how they have pest control in on a consistent basis yet his deamenor was of someone who did not care. So please anyone in the surrounding areas think twice about ordering food from this location.
I still don't understand why people come here. Every time I involuntarily come here because someone else wants to, Panera does an excellent job of giving me plenty of reasons to never darken the doors of this granola store of my own volition. Driving and calling to place a phone order? Nope. Panera is unwilling to do that. I know they can, because this is the 21st century and every other restaurant on the planet has been taking phone orders for the last 100 years. No, they just refuse to, well, because they could care less about you. Order a BLT? Expecting nice toasted bread at a self-proclaimed bread store? Nope. You'll get this gross colored bread that looks like throw up and has no taste or texture. Ready for some nice hot, crispy bacon? Nope. You'll get this cold, rubbery, undercooked bacon that will not be enjoyable whatsoever. I could go on, but I think you get the idea so I'll stop there and let you enjoy your Panera in peace, but please don't ask me to go with you. Thank you

The manager here really made our experience awesome! I walked up to the window and Tyler was what you want from a customer service representative. He problem solved having less bread side option for soup. My sister was super happy with the alternative! Right after ordering I realized that the store was about to close. Feeling bad, I asked them to put it in to go containers. He said that we could eat in the dining room if we wanted. I was super hungry so we took his very kind offer. And then when I had a concern about my food, he willingly offered to remake it making the whole experience positive and not awkward at all. I truly appreciate individuals who make it easy to talk to them and willing to truly help the costumer have a positive experience! This manager truly cared about each customer.
I think this might be my favorite Panera location now!

IMO This salad (strawberry salad) was so disgusting!I couldn't even eat it. Every single bite was the nasty core iceberg lettuce, with the worst after taste!!!!
