Panera never disappoints! Yet again, another delicious lunch. I had the strawberry caprese salad this time. Every single bite was amazing. Lots of fresh ingredients and just the right amount of dressing. The bread on the side is SO good. Panera is consistently a great place to eat.

Their staff is awful. I ordered my food online 25 min prior to arriving, waited in the drive through for a full 20 min only for them to tell me to come inside because they couldn’t find my order. I explained the situation and they checked 3 times and finally found my order. Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful of my time.

Don't schedule your food for a pickup time thru the drive thru if it's busy. I was in line when my food was ready @ 6:11 pm. Finally made it to the window 20 minutes later @ 6:31 pm. So my food sat for 20 minutes while I waited in the Drive Thru. Just go inside that way when your order is done you can just grab it.
This location has served me soup to go with no spoon so many times now that I just have to chuckle now when it keeps happening over and over repeatedly

Not as much in the glass case this morning, but perhaps they were still baking. I was able to get the Bacon & Spinach Souffle I went for, but had hoped for a blueberry scone. They only had orange scones. It was probably for the best. Didn't need more calories ?.

We checked out with Tracy today, she was just so kind and helpful despite all of the slight changes we wanted in our meals. It's difficult, because I feel like every time I come to Panera the menu has changed but she was patient and kind.
