…I recently rediscovered Papa John’s after avoiding for a long time after their food went downhill. I tried the stuffed crust and LOVED IT. Decided to order a pizza after a long day of work.I placed an order on the app for delivery at 6:30 p.m. I received an email confirmation of my order at 5:08 p.m., for one pizza and an order of jalapeño bites. More than enough time for all of this to be cooked and delivered. It’s not uncommon for my orders to show up early when I ask for a later time. 6:30 came and went—no pizza. At 6:35, I called the automated system, which said that my order was still being worked on and that the store was “behind”. At 6:42, I called back and spoke with what turned out to be the only person working there. After a bunch of back-and-forth, I learned that my order had been ready for some time, but no Door Dash driver (apparently delivery has been outsourced) had shown up yet. He offered to remake my order, and I told him I would show up in person to pick it up. At first, he said that there were a lot of orders ahead of me. I told him that’s impossible unless they were ordered before 5:08 p.m. He then told me he would remake mine right away and it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. We showed up around 7:05 p.m. THREE Door Dash drivers were hanging out waiting on orders. The guy I talked to was working on food. Then he answered a call, which we could tell was about our order, and told the Door Dash driver on the phone that the delivery had been canceled. So none of the three drivers waiting for orders were there for our order, which AGAIN, was posted at 5:08 p.m. to be DELIVERED—not merely cooked and in a box in the restaurant—by 6:30 p.m. Finally, the worker addressed us and told us that he “hadn’t had a chance” to remake mine. At this point, I told him just to cancel my order altogether and refund my money. I asked whether he was actually the only person working there, and he told me yes, “at the moment.” He did graciously offer that I could take the original food, which had been sitting, according to him, for 63 minutes. I declined. This is outrageous. Mistakes happen, but this was a series of mistakes over a couple of hours. I have worked in customer service a long time and HATE complaining because everyone has bad days from time to time, but it was obvious that this store itself is some kind of poorly mismanaged dumpster fire. To his credit, the kid working there was really friendly and working his behind off, but the upper management overseeing this store needs to know how things are going. I tried sending this in a feedback form on the website. It told me I exceeded the characters allowed, but didn’t tell me how many I used so I could edit. Literally NOTHING about this experience has been simple. I’ll be posting this review publicly so hopefully it catches somebody’s attention and so the public can beware that ordering here is a waste of time.Papa John’s is back on my avoid list, which I guess is where it always belonged.

Ordered $42 worth of pizza and delivery fees in the app for delivery with cash payment option. Gave the driver $50 to cover the bill and give him a tip. He refused to take legal US tender on a cash transaction. Called and spoke with the manager whose only solution was for me to place a new order and use a card this time. ???

After going through a national or regional individual I ended up with Spencer at the actual store. This young man is extremely personable and highly dedicated to to service. He went out of his way to correct system errors and to make sure my order was correct and delivered to me in a timely manner. Thank you Spencer and I thank you Papa John.Unfortunately calling back to modify my order Spencer informed me that due to the call center he could not deliver my order.I spent over an hour and a half just to get a pizza delivered 2 miles from my house and at last minute can't get anything.I have less than 6 hours before I go to work and haven't eaten yet THANKS A PANTLOAD PAPA JOHN

Quick and friendly delivery. Pizza’s were awesome! Thin crust wasn’t over baked and regular crust wasn’t under cooked. There was a good portion spread of toppings on all slices. Definitely recommend this location.

Delivery driver was very polite. Pizza was not so great and the chicken wings taste like store brought ( frozen wings) . Very gross!Prices compare to the food quality is too high! The dessert is dry and sucks . I do not recommend ordering here at all! Chicken n wasn’t even smothered in the buffalo sauce if you can even call it that! Not happy with my service at all!

Ordered 1 XL Shaqaroni, 1 large bbq chicken bacon with mushrooms and 1 Twix bites. Order arrived 40 minutes later not with the pizzas I ordered, but a medium sausage and the Twix bites that were burnt. The delivery driver got on the phone with the manager and told him he messed up and that he would remake the order and be back ASAP. Being that I’m only 5 minutes away I agreed, 20 minutes later he showed with new pizzas, but not with new Twix bites because he said that was the way they looked. The Bbq chicken pizza was missing the chicken and the onions and with only a few pieces of bacon and mushrooms. Also not discounted because the manager let me have the sausage pizza for free. It will be the last time we order from this store.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the employee on the phone was very friendly, as well as the driver. The pizza pizza wasn’t the one we ordered and the paid for toppings were lacking. Most importantly, it made my husband and I sick all night long and into the morning. We haven’t had Papa John’s in years, and will never be returning, ever.

Ordered a chicken Salad, was delivered a house salad the poor delivery driver has to explain this to me, would expect a call from Papa John's explaining to me they no longer have chicken salads well I paid for a chicken salad and not a house salad I called the store, they claimed they were going to credit my acct well that's been over a week and nothing. Never again will I order from them. Customer service doesn't exist at that establishment

Be careful of delivery. They might have someone who doesn't understand what a Google Map looks like to find your home.

First time having Papa Johns. I was starving and have not had pizza for a while. Ordered the Shaqaroni "well done". This pizza is no bigger than Shaq's hand. About 14" of pie. Somehow it was ready 5 mins after ordering, Again it was suppose to be "well done". The commercial I saw on tv showed cheese stretching when removing a slice from the pie??? Nope, not my pizza. There is more cheese in a packet of parmesan. Where is all the pepporoni? Boring taste. Thanks Shaq. This is no way to revive a failing brand. Had better pizza from a vending machine in Taiwan.

They were so quick! Everything was fresh and made correctly. The pizza bowl was so so yummy and a great deal compared to other restaurant's pizza bowl prices.Dietary restrictions: Keto friendly pizza bowls
