Stopped in to pick up a pizza order. They were extremely busy, but very attentive to the customers. Pizza was good.

Wish I could give a 5 star rating all around. But I got to give this review to CJ. Unfortunately I ordered through a different location and they closed and DoorDash sent my order to their location for fulfillment but unfortunately a not so truthful DoorDash driver said my order was delivered when they stole it. CJ the manager on duty answered my call after closing and immediately took care of the situation and empathized with the problem. Although I didn’t receive my food, I would highly recommend this location alone with how CJ handled the situation!

It's like any other Papa John's. You walk in, pick up your pizza, walk out. If you've never had Papa John's pizza, it's not bad. There are better pizza places out there, but it's on par for the price you pay for it. Sometimes you just want a quick and easy pizza place rather than going to a specialty one.

Peggie was the one reason I wrote this review! She was amazing today and her customer service is top notch. Idk if she is the manager or not but if not that should definitely change. The only reason I didn’t give the food five start is because the half and half pizza lacked cheese on some of the slices. Our large whole cheese was perfect but the other one was missing quite a bit of cheese on the other pizza. I should have flagged before I left but i don’t open the box until I get home but hopefully next time it’ll be okay. Thanks Peggie for your amazing service.

Have been ordering from this store for years but recently they’ve gone downhill. Out of the last 6-7 orders, they have messed up at least 4 of them. I’ve been offered multiple free pizzas due to their errors. I imagine they lose a lot of money doing this considering how often they mess up just my orders alone. Pizza tastes great but management and staff need to get things together.

Probably the worst PJ in the country. I was over charged and part of my order was missing. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone to discuss. Put me on hold for 20+ min till I hung up. Pizza was cold. Sauses we're broke open. At least the driver was cool. Definitely won't be ordering from this spot again.

New ways to
BEWARE!! delivered my pizza to wrong address. Instead of making new pizzas, they went and picked up the pizzas from wrong address and then delivered to me. Said they were good, got very ill. Found out later they were sitting outside of someone else’s house for over an hour before they picked them up and had them delivered to me.
