Probably the worst PJ in the country. I was over charged and part of my order was missing. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone to discuss. Put me on hold for 20+ min till I hung up. Pizza was cold. Sauses we're broke open. At least the driver was cool. Definitely won't be ordering from this spot again.

BEWARE!! delivered my pizza to wrong address. Instead of making new pizzas, they went and picked up the pizzas from wrong address and then delivered to me. Said they were good, got very ill. Found out later they were sitting outside of someone else’s house for over an hour before they picked them up and had them delivered to me.

Pizza was ready when I arrived. It was hot and exactly what I ordered. The people working were friendly and smiling.
Jay is a generous and kind man and manager. He and Papa John's sponsored an end of season party for our baseball team. He is always a pleasure to work with and his team is always happy and helpful. This location does good things for the community and should be rewarded.

I order from this place a ton. I frequently get sick and feel horrible from eating from here so I just changed my information online and deleted my cards, and we'll submit a data deletion for my account to make it harder to order from here in the future.

Have been waiting 3 hours for delivery. Not the first time this has happened with this location. My husband called at about the 2.5 hour mark and the person who answered the phone said our order had been sitting there this entire time, and said the driver has been screwing around. They only offered a "free pizza next time. "
Update: it's been an hour since I first posted this. Still no pizza. We decided to doordash something else a half hour ago to feed our kids so they can get to bed. The doordash (Popeyes) just arrived.
Their pizza is pretty similar in taste as dominos, can't tell if the ingredients are actually better, so therefore the pizza cannot be identifiably better than competitors.. they should have kept Papa because he had the actual drive and integrity to provide a better experience but overall its still suitable for a pizza mastication & ingestion experience.

I highly recommend visiting Papa John's on Ray Rd in Chandler, AZ. The customer service, particularly from Tyler, is exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised when my pizza was complimentary today on top of the already outstanding service. This location truly embodies the values of human kindness, respect, patience, and dignity, making it feel like a second home for the community. Papa John's has always been a go-to for comfort food, but this location adds a special touch with their exceptional service.
