I received my order just 15 minutes ago, and I had to throw both biryanis away. The packaging was really poor — both containers were leaking, and the lids weren’t sealed properly. Because of this, the two biryanis got completely mixed together inside the plastic carry bag. The food was spilled, messy, and not at all in a condition to eat. Very disappointing experience. Please improve your packaging.

I ordered Gutti vankaya biryani yesterday, I was enjoying my dinner and suddenly I saw a piece of meat while serving the food. I wouldn’t be so upset if it wasn’t the time when I’m doing some prayer and clearly wanted to eat vegetarian food instead I had to feel guilty and sad because I had food which had meat in it. If I wanted to eat meat then I would’ve ordered mutton/chicken biryani.
Which part of me ordering a vegetarian biryani you guys don’t understand? Or are you guys taking rice from meat biryani and mixing it with vegetarian option to customer’s orders? How can someone by mistake put a piece of meat in vegetarian biryani?
It ruined my whole night thinking I’m doing Lord Hanuman’s prayer and I had rice mixed with meat, I’ve attached pictures of the food and a screenshot of my order receipt. I used to love food from your restaurant but now I feel so pathetic that yours was my favourite restaurant. It’s so disappointing that I’m giving a bad review on your restaurant, I’m sure it doesn’t do any harm to you guys losing a customer but I can never forget or forgive you guys for adding meat into my food and snatching the joy of eating my meal happily and peacefully.

This was one of the best meals I’ve had in the valley, full of great flavor without being too heavy. The Chandler location stood out for its amazing service, especially when the waiter went out of his way to make a mild dish for our kid.

Excellent taste and too many varieties with a good quantity of food, especially if you order a family pack. It’s worth the money. Since, I went on a week day, I couldn’t get an actual Hyderabadi dum biryani. But the fried goat dum biryani (goaty curry and gravy on bottom) with flavoured rice on top was good. Typical South Indian taste. Most welcoming staff. Must try place, if you are in town.
My wife and I recently moved to Laveen and absolutely love your food—your Shahi Paneer (spicy) is one of the best we’ve had! We often order through Grubhub, but unfortunately, Paradise Chandler doesn’t show up as a delivery option to Laveen.
We’ve noticed that several restaurants located just a block away from Paradise are able to deliver here. If possible, could you please look into expanding your delivery radius to include Laveen? There’s a growing Indian community here, and I’m sure many would love to order from you regularly.

I ordered chicken Lolipop, chicken tikka masala, chicken 65 Briyani.
Chicken Lolipop was overcooked and chicken dry.
Chicken tikka masala was a disappointing there was no taste and chicken had some kind of smell to it.
Chicken 65 Briyani was not edible. Rice were all wet and chicken had a smell to it as well.
I used to like this restaurant, but it has done downhill. I hope they improve their quality.
