The said boneless food had bones in it (both the chicken and fish). The restaurant was incredibly noisy. There was no taste in any of the seafood items. The shrimp tandoori was burnt. The French fries tasted soggy and felt hollow. The water left a bad aftertaste in your mouth. The seats were rough and felt like economy airplane seats. The "spicy" chicken chettinad was very very mild and lacked curry. The roti and naan were both good.
Must try biryani spot in Phoenix , great staff & quick

We ordered the Veg Hakka Noodles - the noodles were over cooked and the flavor profile was horrible. They should rename this to garam masala noodles. Very bad

Ordered Haleem and Goat Dum Biryani—completely disappointed. This restaurant is seriously damaging the reputation of Paradise Biryani Pointe brand. The person taking orders was extremely rude. If you’re looking to waste your money, this is the place to go.

The restaurant’s service is extremely poor, and the front staff is rude and aggressive, showing clear signs of anger issues. The food we received was burnt, and their attitude was dismissive, essentially telling us to take it or leave it. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.

The food is really good no doubt in that but the way they receive the order is bad, the manager is rude to the customers while taking the order or if any questions are asked, but apart from that everything is good.

We loved the spice here! Wonderful lunch special currys, chicken or veg and briyani option. The food was great, the guy was so nice and it smells fantastic in there. I brought home what I couldn't finish and I'm snacking on it now. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently had a catering order, and the entire experience was top-notch! From start to finish, the team was professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. The food was super duper delicious, every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A huge shoutout to Goutham and Satya for going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend them for any event or just a great meal. Can’t wait to order again!

We ordered a chicken fry family pack. It included 1 free appetizer and entree with 2 naans. It was enough food for our party of 4.
The food was very tasty. For our appetizer we ordered Palanadu kodi Vepudu which was spicy (as ordered) and well made. For our entree we had Andhra chicken curry whose first bite made us all real happy.

My husband and I are giving a 5 star because not only we enjoyed the dishes we ordered but the service was superb. The staff are kind, hospitable, and even took their time to explain some dishes to us. We ordered Kadai Veg, MaJestic Chicken, Chicken Tikka, and garlic naan and they were all so delicious! We were actually surprised with the pricing as it wasn’t that expensive for the portion we received. Definitely a new go to place for us :)

This place is amazing. The best tikka masala I've ever had. With polite service, a nice, quiet atmosphere, it's a hidden gem.

I've had fantastic food and helpful service every time I've been here. You do need to be slightly patient but the food comes warm and fresh.
The quality here is more than a match to a Michelin star restaurant. I will specifically recommend the paneer tikka masala and the tea is the best I've ever had.
Vegetarian options: Mainly paneer and vegetable dishes. Treats the vegetables with the respect most people give meat.
Parking: It's a bit tucked in, but easy enough to find when you know what you're looking for.
