Picked up a soft cream strawberry cake (mini) for a friends’ birthday. The cake was moist, juicy and flavorful. Everyone loved the cake . Expensive $$$$

Don’t arrive early. They open at 6 am but the cases are empty. I wait for a really long time and even at 6:40 the cases were still 1/2 empty. There were 3 people cleaning. But no one working to fill the cases with the pastries. The customer service is awful.

Service is terrible, they make you feel like a bother. I rather go pay double the price somewhere else where they will smile and be kind to me

Tuna Sandwich is VILE. Do not order it. All regular pastries are ok. Nothing to brag about. Atmosphere is too crowded, loud and chaotic.

Called the store because they forgot my cheesecake slice and some guy in the background tried to make it seem like I’m trying to steal a freaking slice of $6.00 cheesecake! That was insulting! Telling the girl in the phone is she sure she didn’t get it make sure because we can’t just give her something for FREE!!! FREE!!! I bought the damn slice and didn’t get it! I live in Maricopa and will not be going back there! After spending $50 to be treated like a liar!

This location reminds me of the sloths from Zootopia... I have never seen any workers move so slow before. I figured maybe it was an off day and I was in a hurry to get to work, but taking 8.5 minutes to make a drink with no people ahead of you is ridiculous. I came in a 2nd time, giving them a 2nd chance, and it was the same with a different worker making the drinks. I would be fine if they were working at a normal moving pace, but it honestly felt that time was slowing by how slow the workers are. I have never had any issues at other locations, but Paris Baguette Chandler is only good to go if you have nowhere to go afterwards. Also the overpriced foods and drinks is a huge turn-off, I am happy to stick with 85 degrees down the road.

We ordered a birthday cake two days before the party and paid the amount in full with tips. We were told the cake would be made fresh on the day. On the day, however, they forgot our order. Just got one from what was available. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I've tried the tiramisu cake slice, soft cream strawberry slices, mini, and large cakes, chocolate cake and mocha cake. I prefer the mini soft cake but it's often out of stock. I was extremely disappointed in the large soft cream cake. The cake tasted stale and the middle layer was wet. It was like a frozen cake was thawed and sold. The other cakes were fresh, soft, and not too sweet. I like that I haven't encountered a wet bottom on any of the cakes like I have at other bakeries. I appreciate the cake knife and candles.
