Whoever the new cook is or if y’all hired different ppl they need to be fired food isn’t even good anymore like it used to be I used to love coming here but now whoever is being hired to cook isn’t doing a good job other then the food not being good anymore the ppl who work here are incredibly nice and friendly great customer service just not the cooks.

I always order from this place online and they never give the sauces I ask for even when I specifically ask for them. The edamame is always mushy and gross too and they barely give any chicken when I order it.

Pei Wei always seems to be hit or miss. My partner had some questions for the girl at the register and she provided incorrect information. Food was served quick and fresh and while my kung pao shrimp was yummy, my partners chicken was more breading than chicken and had more rice than anything else. He was disappointed.

Normally I would rate Pei Wei a 5 and I probably will rate a 5 in the future. Today's take out I hope is a one off. I ordered the Asian chicken salad which I've been delighted with before when I've eaten it in the restaurant. As take out, it was a good flavor but the amount seemed to be a lot less. If I would have weighed the chicken I think it wouldn't have weighed an ounce. I was left hungry still so I ate an orange and triscuits with cheese. I didn't complain to anyone at home because I hate for people to feel bad. I will try it again in the restaurant. I do think Pei Wei is absolutely delicious. My husband's portion of honey seared chicken seemed to be a normal serving.

We were there to pick up a massive order for a work birthday. The manager was simply great. It was obvious that our order backed things up and she was more gracious with us than the couple Karen's that came in and got angry that they couldn't get their food immediately. She then proceeded to tell us a few more Karen stories. The moral of the story is Karen needs to stay home.

We loved Pei Wei! The food was excellent. We appreciate the friendly service from Forest! He was able to answer questions about the ingredients and spice level of some dishes.

Our meal portions we're half the size than usual and the food tasted bland. It's been about a year since I ate here. It wasn't worth the money I spent for the portions we got.

I gave this place a try again. Every time I'm disappointed. They need to hire another person. One to take orders and one to package the orders. Lunch rush overwhelms them and food ends up cold by the time they can package it up and give it to you. I feel bad for Alyssa. She can do a good job but she can't do everything. Manager steps in only to mess up Alyssa's system. I know. I watched and waited for a long time waiting for a very small order, that was cold by the time I received it.

I ordered food yesterday and the food was horrible. The chicken fried rice was rice, 2 large chunks of onion and a few slivers of carrot. the rice was all clumpy like it had been left over and reheated. The orange chicken was dry and chewey with very little sauce...Mongolian beef the same. I have been going to this pei wei for a long time and the food had gone down hill. We will not be ordering from them again.
