The food was awful. Taste nothing like Pei Wei in GA. I ordered food for my son and myself. I tasted one and asked for my refund as the taste was really nasty. They don't even let you taste a sample like GA does. She wanted to offer something else after I stated I want nothing from there but my money. Will NEVER get my business ever again.

The food is starting to get expensive for the quality. It definitely used to be worth paying a little extra for but I feel that is slipping. Still a super friendly staff with good service.

Great place to take the family

Food was good. Lots of sauce on my dish. The table we sat at was wobbly. There weren't many fortune cookies left and needed to be restocked.

The quality of food at Pei Wei has taken a severe dive into inedible territory. We used to eat here a lot but have not been in the last 2-3 years. We had our usuals, Dan-Dan noodle bowls, Kung Pao Chicekn, Lettuce wraps, etc. and the taste of everything was no where near what is used to be. No more Pei Wei for us. Ever.

I waited at the register for five minutes, was never greeted, and then was skipped. A guy walked in, and the girl behind the grill immediately came around the corner to help him and ignored me. Either the staff is rude and stupid, or they're sexist.

I have been to many of the Pei Wei's and this has the most consistently good food! Been coming here since 2005 - I can't recall them ever getting my order wrong!

Went here at 6pm on Sunday. The kitchen was cooking but there was no one attending the front counter to take orders or generally acknowledge customers. As I was walking in a customer told me they put a $1000+ order ahead of every dine-in and to-go order. The 2 customers inside waiting at the front near the register stated they had been waiting well over 30 mins since they ordered. I left before they could take my order.

It is still a good value for food. Large menu and lettuce wraps are a staple.

Entered at 8:50 last night (Google & their in-store signs say this store is open until 9:00 pm). As I stood looking at the digital menu board on the wall preparing to order, the digital menu board suddenly went black (someone turned it off) at the same time someone from the kitchen area (behind a wall) angrily yelled out "WE'RE CLOSED!" ... I asked the only employee I could see "Are you closed?" and as I walked towards him to ask him that, I could see that he had already put all or nearly all of the food away that would normally be in plain view as we're all used to seeing. He acted worried/caught off guard & said he'll go get someone for me. Guy comes out from back area & approaches register & I ask "Are you closed" by now I looked & it was 8:55pm. He said, "I can take your order" -- but by then, I realized I wouldn't dare eat anything that they'd serve me, not knowing what the angry person who had yelled at me might do to my food as it was being preppared. So I told him I had changed my mind and I left. So easy to solve (for all restaurants). If your "close" time isn't an acceptable time to take orders, simply publish (with clear signage) a "Last Order" time. Easy. But the rudness here - when I was kind and cordial (I even said at one point once I noticed all the food had already been put away: "I shoudln't order now ... I don't want to be 'That Guy' ... having worked at similar restaurants way back in high school. This staff needs better training - and should overtly & publically notify customers if they truly don't want to accept orders beyond a certain time.

I was a guest passenger when we picked up our order, which had been pre-ordered online. For this reason, I cannot rate the service and atmosphere at this location. I can, however, speak to the mouth-wateringly spectacular meal we enjoyed as soon as we arrived home with our food. And what I say is, make a point of "researching" the quality of a Pei Wei customized meal. You will not regret the assignment!

Ordered new Honey Wings bone in and Firecracker shrimp for pick up. When I entered no greeting. There were 2 employees on the line who ignored me. The manager finally came out and handed me the to go telling me next visit where I should go to locate myvfood. Wings were cold at the bone and the shrimp was ok. No service and below average food. The restaurant was empty now I know why. The manager was nice but I wont be back very disappointing.
