I was super excited to try this place for the first time tonight. I place in my order, then got in 20 mins later. The hostess proceeded to ignore me for 10 mins, even taking orders from people that came in after me. She locked eyes with me multiple times and yet chose to not speak to me at all. A different associate came out and asked if I had been helped, took my name and went to cooking for the restaurant. I waited another 20 min, seeing my food and others come out and sit on their bar to be bagged up for 10-15 mins, only to have the original hostess tell me that while my main corse was sitting out, they have yet to make my appetizer. I chose to ask for a refund. It really sucks that this is my first and only representation of their service. I won't be trying them again.

I have to say that out of all the Pei Wei I’ve been to in other cities this one was far more clean and friendlier. Their Lo Mein was fresh and hot. It wasn’t dry. I was visiting family in Arizona and had to stop for lunch. I wish I could have same experience in Florida chains.

I ate my food hours after picking it up. It was delicious. I arrived shortly before closing time. Staff were friendly and courteous. I felt terrible going so close to closing time. Food was prepared after I ordered. Food was ready very quickly. Great experience. First time ever trying Pei Wei as far as I remember. Parking was easy at the time of day I went.Parking: Parking was good time of day I went, restaurant is in busy chopping area. Parking during daytime is probably challenging.

Pei Wei has many menu options to choose from. They offer dine in take out. You may order online andpick up. All you can drink soda station that includes passion or black fresh brewed teas. The atmosphere is calm and clean. I highly recommend you try this food.
