Went there alone on Chinese New Year for dim sum since I'm traveling for work and they sat me away from everyone so it took forever to get anything. Good dim sum but really wished they had chili oil or something, which they may have had but I was getting ignored in there.
Average dim sum. Hits the spot; but it was all just ok.
Went back for dinner weeks later and was super disappointed. Pepper salted squid was super greasy and the sesame beef was way too sweet.

The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly. What stood out to me the most was the shrimp balls served with bamboo shoots as handles and the use of reusable chopsticks. I also want to give them credit for their eco-friendly efforts.
Excellent Chinese menu

I paid with a credit card. I was still at the table chatting with my guests. The server walked up with the credit card receipt and said “I believe you forgot to give me a tip” No I didn’t forget but you will NOT be getting a tip from me now! I do cash for tip so servers can get that money immediately. Unbelievable. Service is fair at best and its been only “fair” for 20 years. She asked us if we like any drinks. We asked for water. She did not bring water and we had to ask again for water. No refills on drinks so not even a basic service was provided. Now you walk up to customers demanding tip for not even providing basic service? Try better service to start! When I told her you have already charged $5 service fee she immediately got her "manager" to confront me that is not a service fee but it is charge per person for the hot tea. I told the manager since only 2/5 at the table had hot tea you can take out the $3 you charge me for no reason and give that to her as a tip. Then the manager starts to argue with me why I did not leave a tip. I told her your employee came to my table and demand a tip while we are still chatting?! You believe I will leave a tip at this point? NOT A CHANCE! This is by far the most ridiculous action I have ever seen in a restaurant. A tip is for service above and beyond normal service. When basic service is not even provided you want a tip? I DON'T THINK SO!!!
Dim sum items are all premade ordered in from supplier. Nothing is home made.It is still pretty good once you spend some time telling them NO I don't want that item. They have a pushy sales tactic with items. Price have gone up twice in the last few month. It is almost not worth the price they are charging.

Constantly bustling with Chinese ladies serving dim sum from carts. They may not have all the huge tables and lazy Susan's (the american name of the rotating serving platers) but the food is amazing. Unbiased opinion, get the tendon.

Dim call
Went into Phoenix Palace with no expectations for a last minute meal- this ended up being hands down the best orange chicken I've ever had, along with an incredible cashew chicken, lo mein, and dumplings. The orange chicken is fried and packaged separately with the sauce, which is easily the best orange sauce I've ever tried. Keeping the chicken crispy was key, and it's well worth it. Dexter, who was working New Year's Eve, was kind and helpful in his recommendations for our next visit, which will be very soon!
