Dim sum in the mornings is a must! Great gathering for larger groups or even as small for a group of 2. Definitely has a high foot traffic, better to call in for a table if you want to avoid waiting.

Great Dim Sum place with excellent service compared to Meking in Tempe. Servers are very polite and attentive. I guess you get what you put out and when the boss treats his employees well it comes out the employees performance.
Food appears to be always fresh right from the kitchen. Shui Mai, bean curd steamed curls, Chuen Kuen ( spring roll) is the best here with actual shrimp not just vegetables ( in Mekong's version of spring roll).

Popped into Phoenix Palace on a whim for a last-minute bite, and wow! It turned out to be the best orange chicken I've ever tasted, along with fantastic cashew chicken, lo mein, and dumplings. The way they do the orange chicken – fried crispy and the sauce on the side – is genius. That orange sauce is seriously the best I've ever had. Keeping the chicken crispy makes all the difference.
