Our first time going (Saturday the 24th) to pie snob and the last! Customer service is awful! Nobody told us (offered us) that our pies could've been heated up with a scoop of ice cream on the top, (like other customers that got there after us).(Is there a special treatment between customers?) No hot drinks, which I do not know why having the Coffee sign on the wall if they do not have hot coffee. Well, Peixoto coffee gets more bussiness. At least they should put a sign stating that (No hot drinks even if is 109 F out) Those bells on that door are so annoying!. Even another customer coming in made the comment and stopped those annoying bells with his hand.

Ordered a “Cherry Crumb” pie for my Pop’s birthday celebration. It was a hit!! And a flavor he remembers his mom making when he was a kid…I am so glad it is a flavor they offer.

They never have really what I want. But last time I went I got a cherry cheesecake and a cherry weren't really all that great. I regularly just get a cheesecake. They never seem to have it but the pies all in all are pretty good

Best. Pies. Ever. So many options to choose from and always so fresh. Strawberry Rhubarb and Caramel Apple are my favorite. The crust complements the pies so perfectly and the edges are perfectly crispy/crunchy/flaky. In my opinion, the pies aren’t overly sweet, but just right so you actually enjoy eating them. If it wasn’t because I regularly maintain a healthy diet/lifestyle, I would be here almost daily. ??

My only “complaint” is, I wish the “pie ATM” would function regularly. ? I go to Pie Snob every 2 months or so and drive by on a regular basis and it’s always out of order.

For all those complaining, they’re just complaining to complain.

Everything was delicious, the hostess was very friendly. I do hope that they get their hot coffee fixed, it was my father's only complaint.

The pie had more crust than filling. It was a very hard crust. We tried 3 different pieces and none were tasty. Wouldn't recommend it
