Came here for lunch with some friends. The space itself was so clean. I got the margherita pizza on the original crust. It was so delicious! The crust was perfectly cooked, the sauce was amazing and the toppings were so fresh. I was very impressed. Best of all, the staff there is phenomenal. They gave great suggestions, frequently checked up on us and really gave us a wonderful experience! Can't wait to be back!

I'm vegan, and with that, I need to know what's in the ingredients. The staff was not informed. I had to pull it up online. The gluten-free crust is vegan, and it was so terrible that I had to toss both pies. It was rock hard after 10 minutes en route to home. Also, they went to cut with a dirty pie cutter, and i asked if they had one specifically for allergies. They said this is it and rinsed it with water. I told them I'd just cut it at home. They have limited vegetables, and they looked sus, so I only grabbed a few that seemed canned or jarred. Other than that, staff was nice and told me they were not busy ever. Now I know why. Staff needs to be trained better. Calling this a bad management review.

I would not recommend eating here. I have ordered carry out here twice, and both times, they ignored my order until I showed up to get it. This most recent time, they forgot half the toppings I had ordered. For a $20 pizza, they should at least read the instructions on the online order.

Worst Pieology experience ever. We walked in, and there was one family ordering when we got there. We were next. It took 35 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we finally ordered. They were the slowest workers I've ever seen. It took them about 7-10 minutes just to put topping on one pizza! Absolutely unacceptable.

I really enjoyed the pizza! The bread sticks were not for me as they were extremly greasy!The location was not clean. I had to ask for the table and seats to be cleaned off as they were all sticky and had crumbs on them. Instead of the employee cleaning it she just handed me the rag.

Well, I don't know how to say this but the employees are extremely slow and lack basic customer service skills!! "We're out of pesto, we're out of mushrooms, we're out of vegan cheese." The employee making our pizzas had to ask her lead if they were truly out to which she replied "I will have to go to the back to get it." But didn't immediately go to the back to get any of the items. It was ridiculous and the line was piling up behind us. My friend asked for a water cup, was given said water cup, only to find out the soda machine was out of service!! Why would you give someone a water cup if they were unable to get water? Not to mention, their hanging pizza spatulas and crust bubble popper (for lack of better terms) were TOUCHING the trashcan. Giving two stars because the "pizza" was decent and the restaurant was clean but I wont be returning to this location, willingly.

Stay away from this location. They had a young incompetent teenager working today by herself. She is extremely young with dark brown hair. One of the laziest and sloppiest employees a business can ever have. She didn't know how to make a pizza. She didn't know where the vegan cheese was located. I asked for pesto sauce and she said we are out of pesto sauce. How!!? The store barely opened 20 minutes ago. How are you running out of items. She was so lazy it was sickening. I asked her to redo my pizza after it came out raw. She did and brought the pizza to me burnt. It was not even edible. She didn't know how to ring up a pizza. I asked for a refund after she brought me a burnt pizza and she didn't know how. She called her manager and manager had to walk her through how to refund a customer. After asking her manager 3 times by phone for help she still was confused. She charged me for a lemonade and then I said there's no lemonade over here!!! She said oh the machine is broken. She was so foolish and silly acting I think she was lost and maybe didn't belong in a store serving pizzas. She needs a new job asap, people like this don't belong in the food service business. She needs to be retrained. Can you imagine? Working in a pizza place and can't even make a pizza correctly. Just foolish!!

Gabrielle was our cashier and pizza maker. She was so sweet and patient. I brought my toddler in and he was super fussy and impatient due to being hungry. She talked to him instead of me, which I really appreciated. Made him feel more in control and if you're a parent with a toddler, you know that's what they want. Online orders are typically 45 minutes late. I finally decided to write a review after this happened 3 weeks in a row, all at non peak times, Sat afternoon, around 5pm. We ordered online at 430pm, expecting pickup at 5pm. We show up at 5pm, only to be told that they haven't started our orders yet. It looks like they just take care of walk in customers and only start online orders once the person shows up and tries to pick up, even then there's a delay. Hard to know what the issue is, is it understaffing? Training? (we were offered free drinks one time while we waited, but not the other two times) Bad systems? This time, they kinda rushed through the orders and messed up one of the pizzas (out of total 4), forgot to put pepperoni and bacon on it.

Arrived at 9:20pm on a Wednesday night to find that the doors were locked. As we pulled on the door an employee from inside mouth the words, "we're closed". When I repeated it in disbelief she came and opened the door and said, "we're closed". She said, "we're only taking online orders since we're closing in 30 minutes." I said, "you mean in 40 minutes?" She said, "if you wanna order online you can." I said, "Nah, we'll go somewhere else." Why advertise that you close 10pm but lock your doors at 9:20pm? We went to 5 guys instead where they had awesome customer service.

The service the pizza and restaurant itself was absolutely in disarray!!! The wait was over an hour.. ripple in front of us we’re leaving!! Then the pizza comes out and it’s burnt! Someone really needs to get it together.. Turtles could move faster than the 2 people that were there!
