My friend pulled up 10 minutes before closing and they still acted like taking her order was doing too much. Lights on, workers standing around, everything still open, but somehow they “closed.” If y’all shutting down early, just SAY that. Don’t play in nobody face.
She even told them she rushed over because somebody sick at home specifically wanted their food. And dude still didn’t care. Didn’t budge, didn’t blink, just look her in her face and said with “we’re closed” like he was slow. No sympathy, no effort, no real customer service………nothing.
And let’s keep it real, this not the first time. They NEVER answer the phone. The energy get worse every visit. The customer service is giving “we don’t even want customers no more.” It’s crazy how far this place done fell off.
Nobody is about to BEG a business to honor their own hours. SHE’S FOR SURE NOT ABOUT TO BEG A BUSINESS TO TAKE HER HARD EARN MONEY! If that’s how y’all treat people who support y’all, then cool you just lost another loyal customer. I’m straight on this place. Completely done.

I stop in here every four or five years for the past four decades. The only thing that changes are the employees. Nobody working there today was born when I was there a few visits ago. The food is ok, the price is good, they keep it clean for an older outdoor seating fast food spot. I am glad they are still there, because Pete's is just too far away sometimes when you gotta have some fish and chips.

The shrimp was good, the fish well fried, the fries(chips) we're lacking, Undercooked, and spongy. I asked them to double check that everything in my order was there, and even though they said it was, we were still missing extra sauces and drinks and fish that we had paid for. They also put the sauce under the fries and fish .... Which is kind of weird that we need to dig through our food to get to it.

Trifling do not go there! The fish and chips and tenders are something you’d get out of the freezer aisle at the grocery store!!! The scallops were okay, but I really wanted to try the oysters but they were out! But atp I’m not going back there! The worst way to spend $40 bucks very disappointed!

First time there and will not go back. Burger bun was hard, burger patty was thin and did not cover bun. They pit a plastic container of ketchup in each basket with the food which caused plastic to melt,ketchup melted and was all over the food.
This was the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. It was plain, greasy, and the oil tasted rancid. The fish was dry (don’t ask me how that happens). My dog would not even eat it. Yes, truth is stranger than fiction.
