Very rude, and so called owner seems very passive aggressive..
Such a great spot to a get fresh and flavor packed lunch ! Service was fast and the food was delish !!
Staff seem dangerously unhinged.
Rude management. Acted entitled and belligerent.
This place sucks, and it's stinky. They kicked out nman for playing first person life. Don't eat here if you like being silly
Everytime I go her I have a 6 star experience love seeing the same manager and I don't know if he is the owner or the GM but he is very involved 8 times out of ten he will be in the building just as busy as everyone else else he greets everyone he see and the manager I don't know her name but she too speaks to everyone she see love that if you are waiting for food or your seat they will ask would you like water while you wait? That's just the service the food perfect everytime I drive from east mesa and pass up atleast 3 locations, that I have tried to come here I know it's going to be just as good as last time♥️ you can tell they have high expectations from every part of their staff and the management is very hands on to make sure the expectations are met. Keep up the good work you are doing great
I can't believe their employee made a false 911 call saying that a humble Gamer was hanging from a ceiling, he then assaulted him multiple times and stalked him through the streets, unprofessional behavior, honestly he might need a stay at the Psych Ward, Unhinged!
Unhinged employee asked a customer who was hitting beast mode to leave; and he did. He then followed customer around complex and made a false 911 call. Employee should have stayed working on the clock and not make false police reports especially on company dime.
When did this place become anti-dog? We've been bringing our dog here for years. Every restaurant isn't for dogs, but is Pita Jungle really one of those? No I don't think so. It was one of our casual dog place favorites. Now it just gets crossed off the list.

I award 1 star for the delicious grilled chicken, 1 for the delicious hummus, and 1 for the pita bread. Everything else was actually pretty gross: veggies, sauce, etc.
Also, the service was weird. I got sat in a corner and didn’t get helped for what felt like a long time. Even then, the exchange was kind of weird, like they were expecting me to be disappointed with the experience.

The staff here is the WORST! I’ve given multiple chances, but this place is terrible service wise.
This is my 3rd time doing to-go and every time I’m always standing awkwardly for minutes while staff passes me by. One of the staff SAT someone before even acknowledging me, and those people came in after I did!
I’m so tired of feeling weird getting to go at this place, so I’ll definitely find another place where the people aren’t so miserable, or deadpan. 3 strikes and I’m out.

Wheelchair accessibility: The spacing between customers was really good. I made it through just fine. No issues.
