So I just found out that Pizza Hut changed there pizza recipe. Honestly I prefer the original version. This pizza tasted plain.Ttey should still offer the original version. It should be an option.

I did not like the service. The order wasn’t ready when it told me it was. I had to wait 15 minutes just for someone to come up tot he register. And I asked sausage on one of my pizzas and it didn’t have it. They need more employees because there was only 2 people working and there was a lot of people waiting .

I ordered two pizzas from Pizza Hut through DoorDash, but only one arrived. When I called the store to figure out what happened, the woman who answered the phone honestly made me feel uncomfortable. She sounded completely out of it like she might’ve been under the influence of something (alcohol or cannabis, maybe?). She couldn’t tell me where my other pizza went, but claimed she definitely put them both in the bag. Yeah… clearly not.
The whole thing felt disorganized and shady, and there was zero accountability from either Pizza Hut or DoorDash. I’ve been loyal to Pizza Hut for years, but this experience was just bizarre and disappointing. If this is what service has come to, maybe I’ll just stick with Domino’s or even Little Caesars and I don’t even like how their pizza tastes after sitting for a day!

Today my family decided we would stop by for pizza and I was greeted rite away by Charles the manager and he stated “if yall eet here don’t be throwing food around making a mess” then proceed to be passive aggressive taking the order. So we decided we would taking business else where and asked for someone higher up and stated “I am the higher up”. I’ve dined her many of times and never encountered a situation like this I’ve been in the food industry for well over 10 years and think his behavior was not acceptable.

Horrible horrible service. The lady at the counter says she can’t find the pizza….says I can’t find it in the oven….i don’t know where it’s at….i ask her so…what do you want me to do …she is like its up to you….i mean this is like crazy …this store never gets anything right…horrible store

While there was an initial mix-up with our online order, this team’s customer service was wonderful! The original confirmation on the website screen sent us to the 895 S Val Vista Dr location when our order in fact went to this location. Zalexys and her manager were kind and understanding enough to remake our order. Thank you both so much!

Please train your delivery drivers to actually read the delivery instructions! Not only did they leave the pizza on the cold front porch without knocking or trying to notify us, but they missed out on their tip. I always put a note in the delivery instructions that I tip cash on delivery (I know - old fashioned these days). If they had knocked, they would have gotten their tip and we would have had hot pizza. Instead they didn't get their tip and we got barely room temp pizza. I put 4 stars because we've ordered this way from this location for years with no issue, but if this becomes common I'll adjust as warranted. Please just remind your drivers to actually check the delivery instructions!

Ughhhhh!! First Hut pizza in 7 years. I ordered a NY Pizza? Dudes from Hut never been to New York, and the price-34 for six slices including a 7 minutes late delivery man who is as majestic as a flat tire. That's not including a 3.5 tip. I tip low when they blow. Jason, I will never order midline pizza from anyone, but you. Hooked me once. Not again.
