While there was an initial mix-up with our online order, this team’s customer service was wonderful! The original confirmation on the website screen sent us to the 895 S Val Vista Dr location when our order in fact went to this location. Zalexys and her manager were kind and understanding enough to remake our order. Thank you both so much!
Please train your delivery drivers to actually read the delivery instructions! Not only did they leave the pizza on the cold front porch without knocking or trying to notify us, but they missed out on their tip. I always put a note in the delivery instructions that I tip cash on delivery (I know - old fashioned these days).

I came to Pizza Hut an the manager on duty Charles was so nice and had the best customer service I’ve had in a pizza place I will definitely be telling my people to go there he didn’t rush me off he made sure the order was correct and the greeting of the customers was amazing I’m so satisfied with my visit
