Food was burned. Ordered pizza and wings, both were insanely over cooked. I don’t understand how this even got passed whoever was running the oven and fryers. Decided to call when I discovered the overcooked food and nobody answered until the third call I made. Absolutely ridiculous.

Rewriting my review from continued frustration ordering delivery. They don't mention anything about DoorDash but it's always delivered by them. You can't enter a # sign, to indicate the gate code. None of the instructions are implemented to the DoorDash driver. A near $7 delivery fee. What happened to the traditional delivery drivers from Pizza Hut? Impossible to order on my phone or with the VPN. Why don't you just make it more simple and save the delivery instructions and implement it for the DoorDash driver? I hope you are giving them my full tip and not taking it for yourselves like I remember so many pizza third party re-routing delivery services do.
They do not tape the packages closed and even if they did you can easily open them. On this delivery the DoorDash driver ate two of my wings on each 8pc or the Pizza Hut stuff did it fill it.
Due to these issues I have updated this post the next day to confirm that I have changed all the information on my profile to random information and delete it all my payment information and archived this from my password manager to prevent me from ordering in the future, and randomize my password for no access.
Edit: was going to order more Pizza Hut My favorite combo but then I realized that all my payment details and address was edited and removed and I remember the above.

Over two hours wait for a pizza and when you try to call, no one will answer at their location. Not the first time it's happened. DEFINITELY don't recommend ordering from this location!

Hannah at this location is absolutely wonderful! I had an issue with points not redeeming tonight and instead of the usual "oh idk why its not working ??♀️" cop out answer, she resolved the issue and was SO friendly and sweet about it. Give her a raise and treat her well!

Thanks to the Door Dash drivers they work with, my pizza showed up 20 mins after they said it was "delivered". My pizza was cold, my fries were soggy, and I am pretty mad about it.
Hire real drivers. Door Dashers do not care.

NEVER ORDER HERE. I ordered 12 pieces traditional wings, and I only got 9.5 pieces because one was extremely tiny. I called them twice and they just directly hung up, so I had to personally go back to ask for a refund. The guy named Isaac said he already refunded but couldn’t give me a refund receipt, he said I would receive an email about my refund which I never received. I paid $22 in total, the paper he gave me(he claimed it was a refund receipt but it actually just a payment receipt, do I look like I am stupid?) only shows $21. He just told me to ask manager tomorrow. I will never order anything from pizza hut ever again. I edit this review after 2 days, that guy Isaac lied, I didn’t get the refund and that night he took away the chicken wings, this restaurant just get $22 for making nothing
