It’s always a hit or miss ordering from this location but after last night I decided I’ll start ordering from a different location. I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and they gave me light sauce, not enough cheese and the pizza definitely needed more time in the oven. It looks like they may be short staffed as my boyfriend who picked up the order said there was only one employee working which I took into consideration while eating but it just sucks not receiving good quality food.

I swore I would never return to this location after receiving an incorrectly made, burnt pizza last time. I called the store, the 800 number, and even emailed—no response. I decided to give it a second chance this week, and once again, it was poorly prepared. The pizza was cold and had almost no sauce. I returned it to have it remade, and yet again, there was barely any sauce. I'm not sure if there's a pizza sauce shortage, but it feels like they just don't want to put sauce on your pizza.

The pizza with cold. It had very little sauce or cheese. The pizza, which was supposed to be a supreme, was loaded with pepperoni and little else. It also costs thirty five dollars by the time they added tip and delivery fee. I used to love Pizza Hut.

Picking up Pizza order for DoorDash. Nobody is in the store for and they let the door wide open without any notice. I delivered many times from this store and it’s getting worse. Definitely lack of management.

I went to this Pizza Hut on 9/12/24 to pick up a delivery. The only employee was sitting by a computer (I could see their feet sticking out) and they didn't respond to me. Think they were asleep. Wasted my time and I had to get the order cancelled. Place is dirty as a barn too.

I've ordered Pizza Hut since I was a kid. I'm 50. Ordered a plain cheese pizza and a meat lovers. The food was absolute GARBAGE. It didn't even come close to resembling a pizza hut pizza. It tasted like they switched it out with a frozen pizza. Am i being messed with?? We get it all the time at work, so I know nothing has changed with the recipe. I'll never order from this location EVER again. Go somewhere else. I don't trust this place. 50+ bucks wasted....

I have been to Pizza Hut many many many times and never have I been told after purchasing a pizza and asking for cheese and peppers that it would be $1.39 per pepper and per cheese. Either the employees are trying to scam people or the company itself is either was it is so wrong especially how the economy is. You should be ashamed of yourself as a company I know now what not Pizza Hut to go too and if you are reading this you shouldn’t either there are 100’s of other pizza huts go there!!!

I tried to call this location twice last night due to issues that were ongoing with my order and both times the phone rang until it got the dead-air tone. No Pizza Hut employee's answer phones in the store. The only person you can get is from a call center, and they can not help except to transfer you to the store (that doesn't answer) if you're having an issue. The service with Pizza Hut has dropped significantly, which is sad.
