This is not really towards the store but don't do return service orders here it's just a way to add resistance to waste the doordash drivers time and the customers time to get them to cancel the return for the pizza. Wasted 30 minutes driving here to return food that wasn't even meant for me.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza. We got a sausage pizza.We called the restaurant direct 6 times, each time Whoever answered the phone said, We have to transfer you to speak with the manager, And each time I told that person that number does not work, it rings off the wall, and then it hangs up on you and they continued to tell me that's the only number that they can transfer me to. No in store manager? We still don't have this resolved nor did we get the correct pizza. We want to refund and we can't get ahold of anybody to do this. We will never order from Pizza Hut again. Customer service was horrible, in they just didn't care, which tells me pizza hut doesn't either, will take our business elsewhere.

Never had a problem here previously other than the pizza usually making me sick.
The workers and managers are awesome but the franchise owner's partner was insanely rude when I was delivering for them.
She didn't even know how to work the system and got mad at me when I asked to print a ticket.
I was trying to see if the client tipped when they changed from cash payment to card and said "to see if it's worth my time". To which she responded "well then you shouldn't deliver for us"
I'm sure she will see this and I want you to know we get paid $2 per delivery so consider meeting your workers and 3rd party contractors with gratitude and respect while you struggle to handle basics in your own store. :)

This is THE best Pizza Hut location. Product is always perfect, made on time, and the Team is lovely. A special shout out to Shekinah Miller! She runs a tight ship and is just a really nice, customer service-oriented person.

I was charged $25 for a stuff crust 2 toppings pizza while promotion stated $14.99. I called and spoke to Trey who is the manager. He said nothing I can do. I told him I am your regular customer, with this kind of attitude you will lose me as a customer. He said sorry nothing I can do.

Placed an order for carry out. The large pizza had 7.5 pepperonis. The bread sticks were cardboard tough and more than likely made earlier in the week. Called to discuss with Jose and what a jerk he was.
No toppings on Pizza that we requested and paid for. Extremely disappointed

On 10/8/2023 I placed an order online at the Pizza Hut website. I was given an estimate of 34-45 minutes for delivery. Over an hour later (I waited thinking oh they’re just busy tonight), I called because my tracker on the site and the text message I got still listed my order as being “prepared”. The Order Hotline could not locate my order with my name, the order number I was given in my confirmation email (apparently they can’t search by order number at all), or my phone number. I was transferred directly to the store where they had a hard time finding the order, only to be told it was canceled because a “Dasher” refused to pick it up. I then found out this Pizza Hut outsources all delivery orders to Door Dash exclusively. No where on the website does it state this, and I was never informed my order had been canceled. I waited over an hour and had to call to learn this. My only saving grace is that my card was not charged. Never ordering Pizza Hut again.
