Approximately $43.00!!! For a calzone, lemonade and ceasar salad. Shanes has pretty bad customer service. Chandler police you have been warned. I made sure to damage my food before i returned it back for food safety concerns. I received the wrong order and called the store. I ordered a chicken ceasar salad and instead received a salad with feta cheese and olives, no chicken and italian dressing. The manager was only concerned with fixing the order for the other customer whom received my salad. My calzone was cold and I asked if they could give me a new hot calzone and she didn't even want to do that. Your store owner should call me. This was a poop show. You charged me approximately $43.00 dollars and it all went in the garbage for a calzone, salad, and lemonade. 43.00$ I hope Five Guys will see the post.

I picked up my order 15 minutes after it was placed and got room temperature wings. The people here are working too fast. There is a specific pace conducive to safe food. Garlic knots were undercooked. Pizza was tough. Won't order again.

Before my last experience I would have given this place five stars. We found this place as a family a few months ago and we fell in love. We go there every few weeks and spend well over $150. The last time I went I was bitterly disappointed. We spent $160 as a family and when I asked for one extra ketchup to go with my basket of french fries (You get a huge basket and one two ounce ketchup) they had the nerve to try to charge us $0.50. 50 cents for ketchup?!?! I was very tempted to walk across the parking lot and get a bunch of ketchup packets to leave on all of the tables. I could understand if we were some punk kids that ordered one slice and then were asking for a bunch of free condiments ...but we weren't. We were a large family who spent $160. I ordered an antipasto salad and was given approximately a dollar worth of pepperoni and $1 worth of ham... $8 worth of olives and the rest was lettuce and the other vegetables. I was very disappointed in the fact that I spent $12 on that salad. The crew never really seems to be happy to be there but I can overlook that, being that the food is great and the place accommodates a larger family with their atmosphere. We've met the owner and we're pleasantly pleased with how awesome of a guy he was but I'm very disappointed in the crew and the fact that I was going to be charged 50 cents for the 2 oz ketchup for this giant basket of fries I had. Needless to say I didn't pay the $0.50 because of the principal... I'd rather eat them dry before I pay $0.50 for 2 oz of ketchup. I'm pretty disappointed because I really liked this place.

My second time having Shane’s. I’ve been craving their pizza this past week and they didn’t disappoint. It’s always better to eat in but today I did take out. I had a 14” pepperoni pizza, 12 spicy bbq wings which were okay, and I think that’s because quality was affected by my travel time but the flavor was on point. For dessert I ordered the honey bites which were delicious the only bad thing I guess I would say is some were dull and cooked too long. Overall I love Shane’s!! Great food and I love the activities outside. I will absolutely return! Thank you for the consistency ☺️

Feb 12, 2024: Was craving pizza. ... Good pizza. Decided to eat at Shane's Pizza on 87. Got their lunch special (M-F 10:30-3:30). Several options, but got the Big A slice, fries, fountain drink. ( had the lemonade). Paid for a 2nd topping, and it was so Delicious!! LOVE their fries ( crispy, & that are like "shoe-string" fries). Such a relaxing, friendly, family atmosphere. You need to try this place. It's a favorite of mine!
