I really get sad when I have to give a bad review 😪. I order chicken and shrimp bowl 🥣 the protein and the pineapple was rotten, how in the world you keep in bussiness? Of course after the first bite I was done, I waited until everyone in the line was gone to let them know to please stop selling that protein, they were rude, and defensive about it. Also, they have a policy where they do not return your money. I gave them the food I order because I wanted them to smell it at least unfortunately they refused.

My first time coming to try this place out staff was rude two young girls and a guy didn’t even asked me if i needed help or anything. They all had Attitude. Place looked dirty. The food was not bad but customer service is so bad rude rude. I wanted to stop by on Saturday with my husband we walked up 3 people just standing around doing nothing and we’re just standing there thinking one of them will help us. Once Again 3 standing and the 4 girl cleaning up so she sees that there not helping she stops doing what she doing and she apologizes and takes are order very nice girl. I would say it was better this time then the first time I came. This place really needs new workers that have better customers service and that really want to work and not just stand around doing nothing. I would say my food taste better this time. Food was great and place looked cleaner. Am not a person to complain about anything but am glad we had a nice person do are order and you didn’t hesitate to help us after she was doing something. They really need people that want to work because the times I’ve came just standing around and rude.

Decided ro try this place, and boy! Was i disappointed! I ordered the gyozas (8) and the fried rice bowl. The gymnastics were only 7 instead of the 8 that are announced. The bowl was announced as a "fried rice bowl" and for the price of $10.99 you'd expect a "full size" bowl! Instead I got a "kids" bowl according to the attendant. I paid $10.99 for the rice, $7.99 for the gymnastics and $5.50 for a bottle of mexican soda! For a total of $30.43 including taxes and tip. I would not have complained "IF" the food was great, but it wasn't! The gymnastics were okay, with the exception of having been shorted out of one, but the rice was awful and a ridiculous size for the price. The same about the soda. $5.50 for a soda that is sold in most mexican places for $2.00 to $2.50 at $5.50 it's just a rip-off! We'll, live and learn I guess! I'll never visit this place again! If I had paid attention to the receipt, I probably would have canceled my order!

i went yesterday and ordered a bowl and couldn’t stomach it after seeing how dirty the counter tops and overall store looked. i just think that an establishment that serves raw fish should adhere to cleaning procedures more strictly especially when there is a big risk of cross contamination by not cleaning counter tops. it seems to have gone down hill since the last time i visited. the employees were very kind though

Service is okay but the food is always consistently bad. Came here today 10/16 and spent $20 on the worst poke bowl I’ve ever had. The fish taste like it’s been sitting out all day- dry and chewy , the salad was turning brown and the edamame tasted stale- how does that even happen? Literally not worth the money at all Im hoping my stomach can handle it later 😭

I was thinking of how to say this to not sound rude but I’m upset and mad at the way I got treated here. I was not being a Karen at all it was the other way around actually. I ordered a California roll and a bowl. I’ve tired the rolls before but this time it was not good. It was soggy and the rice wasn’t so great it wasn’t cooked right. I ate it because I was hungry I wanted to eat the bowl but the rice wasn’t even good it was hard the proteins they have aren’t great either. I went to ask if I can get a refund for the bowl since I didn’t like the rice and the lady said they can’t do refunds. I don’t understand why they can’t do that. Maybe it’s because this place is a small business and too broke to give the refund. They did say that they can give me something else from the menu but once I said the roll they said that can’t give me that since it has rice in it. It was the only thing edible so I wanted the roll but when I told them that, they said well maybe the problem wasn’t the bowl and it’s just your tasted buds. This Indian lady was so disrespectful. My parents raised me right so I just stayed calm said ok and left. Never again will I buy from here. I don’t recommend coming but if you wanna see for yourself just go and you’ll see not one fly is flying around there
