We ordered the sushiritto and a Katsu bowl. The sushiritto was amazingly average whereas the chicken katsu bowl was completely unacceptable. The chicken was burnt and when the issue was brought up to management they claimed that that is how the chicken normally is. Crazy how a restaurant charges nearly $20 for burnt, overpriced, and average tasting food. With so many great restaurants around at this food court, I would recommend against wasting your time and money on this overpriced dumpster fire of an establishment.

Amazing food. Very nice staff. I own a business myself and I can honestly say that many of the 1 star reviews on here are fabricated by competitors. The rice is perfect. The food is chilled and handled well. The chicken is crisp and perfectly cooked, the rice doesn't stick and is not mush. I love this place. It was a perfect mini date with my wife. Will eat here again many times. You bad review people are discrediting a very nice establishment. You should be ashamed. Mutilating a pokebowl and bad reviewing it as a poorly wrapped sushiritto is ridiculous. Pouring soy drenched over a tuna roll and reviewing the rice was bad, come on. These are bogus reviews. Don't nock it til you try it people.

Was there on 2/20 and got food poisoning! Don't eat here! The last review posted right before me says the same thing so it's obviously not a coincidence these people were there the day before and had the same issue! Do not eat here!

I really wanted to like it but it was by far the worst food I have had in a long time. I am not one for leaving bad reviews but it was terrible. The sushi roll was not rolled together correctly the cucumbers were half moon shaped and going bad. The chicken was extremely tough and dry. Please save your time and money.

Worst sushi ever. I didn’t know rice could be this bad. It is just sad, sad roll. Ultimately I only have myself to blame, what do you expect for mall sushi. On the positive side, the staff was quite friendly!

This is my first time eating here. I had a three protein sushi bowl that was absolutely delicious. The meat was of superior quality, and the sauces were on point. However, the food paled in comparison to the customer service I received from the only worker they had on a busy Saturday at a busy mall. Her name is Sabah. Her coworkers called out sick or didn’t show up. Amazingly, she was cooking the rice, making sushi rolls, making sushi salads, making the Boba drinks, all while smiling and interacting with every customer to ensure that they understood why things weren’t flying as quickly as they should be. However, she made it so pleasant and enjoyable, that nobody cared. There are very few people like her in the food industry, especially with the new “everybody gets a trophy and a tip” approach to customer service. Management, if you are reading this review, you need to give her a raise and have her train at corporate locations. Give her a franchise.
